imagine doing this in Phantom Hourglass, so when you get a boss key at the beginning of a dungeon you cry as you try to carry it all the way to the boss door

Fun fact: The dungeons in Wind Waker have such a linear design that even in a randomizer the dungeon keys are usually in the same treasure chest they'd normally be in because otherwise you couldn't progress

You see, there is a really risky speedrun strat called "Ladders" you have to do it frame perfect but if done it will elevate you to the above area

I always loved Wind Waker's boss fight. I remember the surprise after killing puppet Ganon, "That's it?" and then having him transform, that and the intense story telling elements, in the final sword fight: him slamming Zelda down, and him being invincible to your attacks near the end both make you feel helpless. It only makes killing Ganondorf much more satisfying. I hope BOTW2 picks up on those elements for the final boss, because BOTW's final boss was definitely not my favorite

God I’m so glad randomizers are getting popular, it’s such a unique way to experience a game you love. I played the Kingdom Hearts 2 randomizer recently, plus I’ve been watching Michael Jones play the Ocarina of Time rando and now THIS?!?? All within like 2 months! I guess it’s a thing now, and I’m So Happy For It.

Small ant next time you speedrun super mario oddesy you dont really have to fight harriet or the bounce boi you can get the other power moons and thier ship just flies away and it is so funny i found this out by myself when i tried to do only speedrun strats and it worked XD Edit: it might also save some time

The light coming off the back trick is pretty handy you can even do it in OOT if your young link and have a the mirror shield equipped you can go into crouch just like the hylian shield and direct sunlight. You can use this if you skip into the adult link Spirit Temple section and complete all of it as young link
