Very nicely explained. Now , considering a 18 plate 20x20 plate filter system. LEts say i have a blueberry wine, from pressed ( thus much Suspended particles) blueberries. If i have 400 liters of this ( being stabilized with Sulphates, then back sweetened to the desired FG sweetness ). How would you filter this to clear wine .. Progressively finer filters in one setting, or one size (1.0 micron x 18 pads ) , and repeat with finer filtration ( to 0.7, then finally 0.45 micron) in sequences ?
