This dish is a winner for a lot of reasons. Cheap, easy, delicious, attractive, made with leftovers in one pan and no oven needed. Not enough room for all those wins!
Ingredients
1 pound cooked chicken
1 cup stuffing mix or bread crumbs of your choice
1 quart and about half a cup of chicken broth
1/2 cup onion, finely minced
1 stick celery, finely minced
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh sage
1 8 ounce can peas and carrots
1 8 ounce can mushrooms
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Salt to taste
