AA Milne's Winnie The Pooh started off life as Edward Bear, and even before the first poems were bound into the book When We Were Young, they were serialised in Punch magazine in 1924
Given that this original work is now out of copyright, I thought it would a good opportunity to record some of them!

Agreed. His is one of the few male voices I find relaxing. The cool thing is it will only get better with age IMO.

Was listening to this at work. And then I started laughing my lungs out at the Mouse in the house reference 😂😂😂. This is so soothing. You are my ASMR alternative.

I have my mother's copies of When we were very young and now we are six, which are now on my daughter's book shelf, now aged 13, hopefully they will be on her child's one day. My mother died too young in 2016, my brother read "contradictions" from the beginning of "House at Pooh Corner" at her funeral. ❤️ "But, of course, it isn't really Good-bye, because the Forest will always be there... and anybody who is Friendly with Bears can find it." Shame Disney got their mitts on him, a sad sell out by the family.
