I am 100% biased here, but I will always remember S3. Mainly because that was the only season I spent almost my entire season in ranked. Desperately going for Pred. My buddy and I both got to Pred at the end of the same game, and that was 15 minutes before the season ended. That was a huge moment. It was a nightmare to get for someone as bad as us at the game, and having to play against Hal, AverageAden, Shiv etc etc. It was just my best moment in Apex, and since it happened in S3, S3 becomes my favorite.
@@zachdude4284 Yes, it was that season. Luckily I think Respawn removed all of those "Preds." And next season you had the Crypto bug where he could just fly his drone around and get infinite amounts of assist KP by simply watching other teams fight.
@@zachdude4284 They certainly do. It was so broken. I remember everyone wanted to have Wraith in S3. Her Q was still instant back then, so if you were losing you used Q and then just left the game.
also wraith still peak at than season they nerf wraith and make the character really not fun anymore to play, if they nerf hit box they should rework the Q's also
The old apex honestly was that wonder experience. That feeling of waking up and to play a game that was unique in its own way to the battle royale type style gameplay other than the other popular game Fortnite.
You know i haven't been playing apex as much here recently and dont know if i will anymore but i can always come back to kandy for the new content and nostalgia thanks kandy!
I enjoyed my time with Apex Legends very much. I remember playing apex legends every waking day everyday. Now im a on an off player. Im so rusty i can barely reach top (10 squads left). But with time i can get better again.
I'm right there with you, I can barely reach top 10 and I feel like every game is against sweats. Hope you get back to improving! I will be out there as well.
For me as a day 1 high level player, late S1 and S2 will always be the best memories of Apex! On the other hand, the new legend class system with legend upgrades is also awesome! Hopefully the game can continue to evovle! Great video!
Ohh so that's what you've been working on! Really nice look back on the seasons so far, didn't omit too much. As for your closing statement... it's just not feasible to try make another Perfect Season, mostly because everything else after it would feel disappointing. Let's just cherish our memories of the first year of the game
haha yeah this video took a while but was finished about a week or two before s21. i decided to hold off and add s21 footage to it so it took a bit longer than i woulda liked buuuut im glad to see people enjoying it
Surprised you didn't mention the 25 hp shield reduction in season 6 that lasted for a week or 2. Was curious to see if you were someone that hated or liked it.

Seasons 3,4,5,7 and 10 was truly peak apex for me those were the moments where the player count was really high and the game was still very enjoyable with peak contents especially the grand soiree sad how the game declined overtime now
Damn, I didn't even remember Fight Night wasn't on Olympus originally and had to look up what that area looked like before 'cause I'd completely forgotten it! As for S21: It has confirmed how much I really don't like Solos, Alter is very fun with new movement and flanking opportunities everywhere, and new Broken Moon is disorienting so far so the jury is still out on that, but it's probably better than the old "choke point" variant. With the tuning of the upgrade system (removing many of the "boring" choices nobody would pick anyway, it's a pretty good season so far.
Started mid season 1 and stopped playing around season 13, now im back at the game, i feel bad for now playing after season 13, because i love the game again, also hoping solo will become a permanent mode soon, rlly enjoying it
I started in season 5 with loba and she was my main until rampart, love the game. I took a break for a few seasons but all the recent changes got the game feeling fresh for me ♡
I am so biased on Arenas because I played it so much and it helped me learn better movement mechanics, aim, and overall just helped me improve my gameplay. I do agree that other game modes are fun but I wish they would put Arenas back as an LTM or permanent mix tape mode. I do understand it was not the game mode for everyone but it was so fun when I didn't feel like playing sweats in BR.

My favorite season was season 6 cause joined apex legends back then in the beginning of the season but i love the season just bc of the AfterMarket event and the Shadow Royal event.
i’ve been playing apex since day one, but why can’t i remember the C.A.R EVER having a barrel attachment? it’s my highest level gun too, since it came out i’ve used it non-stop
I started at season 9 so every season before that i have no comment. But in my opinion season 12 was the best for me because I feel like the lobbies werent as sweaty as all the other season before that, and as a casual player that made me keep playing the game.
personally i think something to consider especially for the newer seasons, is that i agree content wise they have been dry with only a new gun or legend. However i think in the long run apex is learning and protecting itself from the overcomplication games like r6 siege feel, where there are so many characters in the game it almost becomes confusing. every new weapon added is another one you have to worry about balancing. For a content creator its definitely a bit more sad but i can appreciate the apex devs not wanting to die the way games like r6 did
Tbh I didnt mind Arenas. As a beginner to Apex i found Arena was a good place where i learned the game. I tried BR, but it was quite overwhelming since other players would have far more exp than me. Arena was somewhat skill based and thats one of the reasons i still played Apex. The new mixtape isnt bad but i would like for then to add Arenas again
Day 1 here and my absolute favorite was Season 12. Characters such as Ash, Seer and Valkyrie brought a competitive edge like I never seen before. Stopped in 15, Horizon definitely became a staple fast but this is when the shift came for me, it seemed so lackluster compared to previous engagements. Loved the Arenas mode, TDM and a S&D mode? Didn’t play Mixtape or the new ones. So I don’t know if FOMO or JOMO.
Season 10 is when I decided to stop playing. Seer and the influx of all the players from cod coming over just turned it into a different level of sweaty 😂
yes i am definitely biased to an extent, but theres no seasons like the first 3-4 seasons. after playing seasons 19-21, my love for the game is still here. but its harder to be a casual player now, and i feel like the seasons in general have been “quiet” season 21 has picked up a bit. im enjoying it so far with the maps, gameplay, and solos. hopefully we experience the same over the next few seasons
Fully agree, season 3 was the best. That's also the season I started playing so it has some extra nostalgia to me like old KC does for OG season 0 players. My only complaint about season 3 is that I never played a BR before so I SUCKED back then and feel I didn't get to enjoy some aspects to the fullest, that the now slightly more experienced me would eat up. Give me back my train, I don't care if it's killed me more often than the enemies ON the train, it was my favorite "unique element" of a map.
I FAVE IS S3 ITS WHEN I STARTED I HAVE NEVER GAMED GROING I WAS SKATEING BUT I MOVED WHEN I WAS 22 BACK CLOSER TO FAMILY AND MY BROTHER GOT M3 PS4 AND HE TOLD TO DOWNLOAD APEX AND THEN I PLAY UNTELL WITH FINGERS COULD HOLD THE ROLLER STARTED WATCHING STREAMS AMD THEN I BOUGHT A PC IV GOT LIKW 20000 HRS ABOUT 10000 ON EAHC MNK AND ROLLER IV BEEN ON A BREAK THE LAST TWO SEASONS/ I JUST LOVE HOW THE MOVEMENT HAS A REAL WORLD FEEL TO THE MOVE MENT THE IS NOT A GAME OUT THERE THAT FEELS AS GOOG ASS MOVING AND 1 CLIPPING I LOVE YOUR CONTENT KEEP IT UP
