Winning with UBER JASON! (Multiversus Gameplay/Tips/Tricks)

Great Jason gameplay! I do have some tips for you though against Lebron. My Jason build uses Well Rounded, Protective Momentum, 2 Fast 2 Block, and Pugilist. Protective Momentum actually makes you immune to projectiles entirely so long as you continue walking in one direction for 0.5 seconds and continuously. It also destroys smaller projectiles on impact. (Shaggy’s Sandwich, Joker’s Cards, Harley’s Boxes, etc.) 2 Fast 2 Block allows you to break armor, you can use it to one-shot Bugg’s safe and power through characters with armor like Jason himself, SuperMan, Wonder Woman, etc. Combine those two perks with your special neutral, you can tank hits and destroy projectiles while powering through other’s armor and potentially getting a hit in. (Example being Buggs trying to bunch his safe at you, you’re marching towards him with your special neutral armor, you’ve got protective momentum, and you charge and to brake the safe AND hit him.) Well Rounded and Pugilist just adds to Jason’s hard hitting, early killing nature so no need to change those on him. (My other perk loadout replaces PM and 2F2B with Snowball and Collateral Damage which is a great alternative Jason build to use against other characters that don’t utilize projectiles that much.) Bonus tip: Be more patient with the neutral special armor, don’t swing right away after you use it and also save it for when the opponent has just a little under 100 health or over. Be patient when using it and use it to scare them, it’ll make them spend dodges and panic. You won’t always get a guaranteed hit but you’ll be more likely to hit your attacks using neutral special armor if you’re good at reading, predicting, and have patience. Hope these help! Subbed for your commentary, good stuff I’ve really been getting the hang of playing jason over the past couple days

You did really well at explaining Jason in this video, although there are a couple things you missed out on. 1. In a more recent patch of multiversus, jason got buffed where now his dash attack makes him immune to any projectile. So at 6:51 when he locks you in place you can dash right on through and also hit him as well. 2. Make sure to utilize Jason's neutral air attack more. Its one of jasons fastest moves in the air and it sometimes can carry your momentum pretty well if you were going for something different. It can hit below and infront so it covers a lot of space. 3. Instead of doing down air to up air, its better to do side air since it hits more consistently. It can even kill at 60-80 percent on some stages near the edge 4. Another move you should use just a tad bit more is his air down special. You can change the trajectory of it and it gets you some devastating kills. If you're closer to the ground when you do it, the attack will then have a second hit, leading to more damage. Don't take this harshly! I played Jason for a while and just wanted to help ya out. Been watching your vids for quite sometime now and I find your tips and energy quite motivating to play new characters!
