NOTE: For the Thassa's Oracle/Tainted Pact combo, this actually doesn't work in this deck because of the basic lands (doh!). If you plan on running the combo with this shell, switch out Tainted Pact for Demonic Consultation, my bad!
The fetch land and shock land cycles are always a safe bet. The easiest way to upgrade the deck with some money would be to pick up the better tutors (Demonic Tutor, Vampiric Tutor, Mystical Tutor) and counterspells that can be cast for zero mana when needed (Force of Will, Force of Negation, Pact of Negation). Actually if I was going to suggest picking up one card for the deck that I had to leave out because of price, it would be Spellseeker, it's so good.
Dualcaster Mage is great, this deck is just barely running any red sources to keep it cheap budget wise. If you have the mana base to support it, definitely get him and Twinflame in there!
You simply put the non-token's trigger last on the stack, paying Inalla's cost, and then putting the token's trigger first on the stack, all before resolving the non-token's ability
