No bombs, it is the complexity of the architecture which was based on a painting and only completed in like 2012. It is the Canadian Human Rights Museum, which brings a person through a walk of mankind's dark and enlightening periods, but something tells me you already knew that.

That's the national human rights building . It's completed . Was some controversy on its shape though lol
