winter camping, water falls, rivers and forest 

Murchison, a spot we've not been on our travels, full of rivers, and quiet places, which is what we like. There's way more exploring to be done in the river, but we were a bit restricted by weather... We checked out the buller gorge, and the local school, as well as Maruia falls. Part of winter travel is dealing with the elements, the cold and the wet, which we are pretty well adjusted to. there's a lot to do in this spot, we didn't film it all, but we'd happily return in the summer especially for some of the great swimming spots.
