The route is 28 miles long and is a mixture of gravel and small roads. It is a ride which will weather fairly well in wet conditions, perfect for this time of year.
It starts in Rowsley. The carpark is situated off the Bakewell road, at the start of Old Station Close.
The route goes over to the Monsal Trail and winds it's way over to the William Hill Track above Eyam, returning via Longstone Moor. It does include some steady climbs and a short section of quite rough terrain but the views are worth it.
The subscribers ride ** Sunday 17th March ** Keep this date free!
At this stage I am thinking about starting in the White Peak (either at Middleton Top or Rowsley) , dependent on weather and ground conditions. I will finalise details, nearer the time. Please mention below, if you are thinking of joining us!
