The fact the intruder assumed that they were bluffing after the first warning shot and he still attempted to break, only to end up getting shot dead makes me think he was a newebie..or an idiot....
Owner's have a gun shooting and the intruders are still trying to break in the house, do they have a death wish or they a just plain dumb, it seems like peoples property are more important than their own lives
They ARE 2 times dumb, first thinking they would get away with whatever they were trying to do and disregarding the the warning shot. I know a lot of people that would NOT have given a warning shot. But if you notice, all criminals think that way, I won't get caught. That's another thing that motivates criminals, fulfilling the desire for materialistic wealth.
If a criminal insists on pursuing a crime and doesn't care about health and safety; then hopefully the innocent citizen or a neighbor steps up and administers justice. jh
Winter Haven show up to find a homeowner who made society a better place. It seems to me that the police - save a ton of money on processing and incarcerating the criminal, the justice system saves a huge amount of money trying the person, lastly if they get prison that is $40k per year they saved tax payers. I really think the homeowner should get a check from the government to cover all their repairs and cleaning expenses and enough spare cash to take a nice vacation or buy a really good machine gun.
