The Apple baker is designed to core a whole Apple, add cinnamon and sugar. Bake as you would a pie in the oven.

The picture you've got hanging on the porch wall is very pretty. I love collecting ornate frames also! The large piece of lace is actually A small table Cloth, like for a small table as like a side table or round decrotive table. But of course you can use it any way you want😊 Love the linen tablecloth, love anything with embroidery on it! You had A great haul.. thanks for sharing😊

You find the best art and frames! My thrift stores are always lacking in wall art. I've never seen an apple baker before but I read the comments below and now I need one! Great find!

I’m gonna leave you for the apple then place it in the center of the dish and it holds it in place you put it in the oven. You can add sugar and cinnamon and some nice treat make it.

Awesome thrift haul. Love those table cloths. I have 2 of those glass jars I keep my tea bags in. Someone told me they're old Planters Peanut Jars. Also have that same large basket I'm always relocating it with different uses. Love it. Have a wonderful week

Oh yes! I believe I had heard that about the peanut jars as well. Can you imagine buying peanuts in such a lovely jar! It’s a shame they still don’t use them. Keeping tea in them is such a great idea. I will keep that in mind for my counter in the winter (which is when we usually drink tea the most). Have a lovely week!

I bet that picture with the flag was probably a Home Interiors picture originally. That was a popular decor line back in the 1990's if you're too young to remember. 😁 Now I feel old. But I love it! Isnt it funny how our taste change? I love that you are true to yourself in that way. Goodwill prices by me are going up quite a bit too. But they usually have SO many clothes. It’s funny, my mom as into antique shopping in the 90s when I was growing up. So most of the decor i remember having around were antique dough bowls, copper jelly molds, and vintage paintings. So I guess I’m super similar to my mom in that way. lol Nothing was very modern. But I love that things of the 90s are now “vintage” that cracks me up. Hope you have a lovely Mother’s Day Rachel!!

The bowl with the nub is an apple baker. Core the apple pop it with n spice it up dibs of butter and bake. Yum. You need another one so you can have dessert for two. Good with vanilla ice cream

You core your apple. center the apple in the dish put cinnamon and sugar over the apple fill the hollowed core with raisins and walnuts and bake in the oven until your Apple is soft and baked

I don't know for sure about the apple baker but I know that my dad bakes apples, - just apples. =) With cinnamon and such ... I think it's sort of an old-fashioned type of dessert ... =) I think you core it and bake it on the dish. My dad doesn't have one of these, but he bakes apples in a similar way ...

I don’t know why it’s never occurred to me to bake a single apple. I always think apple pie or apple strudel but not just an apple lol. I’m absolutely trying this over the weekend when the temps go down and I’m running my oven again. I’m going to have to do a short to show everyone how it comes out! Do you happen to know at what temp he bakes apples at?

Yes I did notice that and I’m currently trying to resolve that issue in the laundry. But even if it is slightly imperfect, I still think it will look lovely on the table. It just has character lol
