I also try to relax before going to bed, usually have a cup of tea and read for a while or listen to some music. I try to go to sleep by 10 o'clock but it not always happens that way. I love how beautiful everything looks in Finland with the snow. Thank you for sharing your routine with us. Loved the video!

Wow! Your night routine starts early (4PM)! I probably would get too sad if it was dark for the most part of the day. I like having tea at night too, especially chamomile.

The day is getting a bit longer. I like starting this monent in January. And I live in a region too with a long and snowy winter, great pine endless forests. Our sun is coming)

This was a beautiful video, the snowscape looked magical 🧚‍♂️ London is due some snow in the next week or so as it’s been pretty cold here. I’m a night owl, but trying to go to bed earlier because I find that when I go to bed around 2am, I can’t get up in the morning… it doesn’t serve me well. Take care and keep warm 🤍🤍🤍

Hello my Dear The lipbalm you are using is not " healthy " ( for the lips we should use clean ingredients , as we "eat" some of the balms we put on ☺.
