I love the winter, and the long dark nights. I feel cosey and private in my home, with my curtains drawn against the world outside. I too love nature, and the only time I go out of my home is to walk my rescue greyhound Madge, and to take the rubbish down to the end of our private country lane. Due to severe anxiety, I have not been in the world since January 2020, but am happy to live in my own little world here in West Devon. xxx

Love the cozy vibes in this video and I love Hygge! Like you I used to get really depressed in autumn knowing the long cold nights of winter were fast approaching. Incorporating Hygge really helped me to see the positives of winter- slowing down, having more time, feeling warm and cozy. For the first time since I was a kid I actually found myself looking forward to winter this year! Thank you for helping share the message of how amazing Hygge is!
