If u know a bit about music its mostly built up the same way in beats and bars, when u know that its not so hard to know when a change in the music will appear like in 99% of electronic music its a small change every 8 bars
@@The8BitDrummer Did you see the creator react to fan-made covers of this song? It's in a separate video right here -> ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-M8R8iFf9ltE.html
I had the SAME look on my face when I first saw the machine myself. Nice drum accompaniment BTW. I don't know if you have seen it by now, but he has a couple videos where he explains how the machine works. It is basically a glorified music box, or an even closer analogy...a drum based band (carousel) organ.
"I'm losing my mind right now." I guess you could say... you were losing your marbles. Eh? Eh? I love your content Jerod, and I indefinitely hope you're continue on and you CARRY A LEGENDARY LEGACY THAT WILL EXIST TO INSPIRE MANY MORE THAN YOU ALREADY HAVE. GAH.
Watching this spontaneous artistry touched me profoundly. Separated by oceans, you and Wintergatan shared, asynchronously, a collaboration that struck me beautiful and human. Even typing this it feels melodramatic; maybe it is. In between skepticism, violence and greed that fills the rest of our stimulus, we need more relief. Art matters. Thank you.
Wintergatan is a band that has their own channel featuring many hand made music instruments. One of their song actually takes place(or is at least heavily implied to be) in the Harry Potter universe. Marble Machine is one of their most popular songs but their other ones are right up there with it. So if you enjoyed this song as much as it looked like you did, you should check out their channel. Really good job on the blind cover dude.
Kris Doyle acually it translates to butterfly. I know that because scandinavian languages such as danish and swedish are very similar. In danish it is very similar so i just read it as if it was danish. Im a dane, so here is some proof: æøå

And this is what 'Feeling the music' truly means, holy shit. Not a better feeling in the world than finding true sync in music. Like TRUE sync. And the way you expressed your happines due to a sync happening @ 2:50 is just wow. I know exactly how you feel in that very moment. AWESOME talent my bro. Keep it up!
もうすでにドラムの音があるときは本当に足りない部分だけ補完してタイミング取っているんだなって思うんだけども、時たま来るところで外さないのがすごい。 I can't say it well, but I said, "Isn't this not enough? I think it's just the sound, but I think it's amazing not to miss the timing of applying the sound to the missing part. I'm sorry if the sentence has a strange meaning because I can't speak English well and use translation software.
this was was brought me to your content all those years ago. I finally rediscovered you a couple days ago and I’m super happy to be back. absolutely incredible.
Just came here from the original artist's reaction video to his Marble Machine covers! I got really excited when I saw your video in it and I came straight here when the video ended. Great job Jerod!!
I subbed because you have an actual passion for this instrument. You're hilarious and your facial expressions and skills show that you are so into this. So yeah. Thanks for making my day a little better.
aaaaahhhhhh... Wintergatan. His StarMachine2000 video was awesome too. He does crazy stuff with music and made me discover new instruments I never heard of before.
Man never seen this before, is being mesmerized by it, talking, finding the beat, and adding onto it all at once. I am left in awe by the drumming, even more so than the machine but that may be because I've watched that machine so many times lmao.
God I remember this! One of the best things I've ever seen on twitch, or the entire internet, alongside your cover of Battle for Everyone's Souls (totally not biased)! :D
I ran into your blind drum cover of the Noucome OP and I just fell in love with the channel. :D Now I'm watching all your blind covers and I'm loving every single one. :D Will try to tune in to your stream one of these days. I have half a mind to subscribe to your twitch. XD
I just watch your channel because of the marble machine. I was watching it again and found that he reacted to your found it interesting and want on this channel. The drumming is great.
Makes me wonder that Martin (he build the Marble Machine) had not found this video. I am sure he will love your reaction and playalong while having the first impressions.
I was literally a click away from suggesting this myself when I heard it was up next in the live stream. your incredulity when people request these kinds of curveballs is honestly so entertaining (especially when you're the one requesting it. shout out to The Ballad of Jack Noir by Toby Fox)
