No... what he doesn´t show you is that the movement of the magnet ie the change in magnetic flux through some surface is of no relevance here. If the magnet even does anything, it switches a reed relais or simmilar to connect a BATTERY as the power source for this light. Thinking of it, IF the supposed electrical curcuit provided the power the way maxwell describes it (wich wouldn´t make any sense anyways since it´s an OPEN curcuit....) then the real demonstration here is his new extremely efficient light tech that can produce this much light from this little movement/ work.

I made the same thing without the wires and it worked just as well. Too bad the batteries in the bulb eventually will need new spark plugs when it’s time for a tuneup.

After the jump cut at 02:37, it's obvious that the light assembly is different from the previous one. It's on a different board and there's a bead of glue on the right side that wasn't there before. My guess is that there's a battery in the new assembly and that the magnetic field closes the circuit. Nice trick. I guess.

In order for a magnet to generate electricity it has to be inside a coil and rotating at a high speed. You can't just hold a magnet near something and it lights up. It doesn't work that way.
Or the other way around. If the magnet stayed still and the light board rotated or moved there would be a current. One or the other must move is still the point. I am agreeing with you, and elaborating at the same time. (See Faraday's Law, it is very clear in his law.)

Wait a minute. By hooking the wire to the threads (--) then to the electrode (+) on the spark plug it is grounded out and serves no purpose. It would be more believable if you left the insulation on the wire that is wrapped around the threads. The bulb has to be the type that has a battery inside. I have a large tote full of used spark plugs, if you want to come after them you can light up your whole house. Just for the record I think Tesla was one of the smartest but under appreciated man to have ever lived. I believe in free (but suppressed) energy but I don't think this trick is one of his great discoveries.
the threads and tab at the end of a spark plug is all negative - . the electrode + is in the inner part of the plug and runs to the top where the plug wire connects.
There are batteries in the base of the led light which is in series with a magnetic switch, once the magnet is close enough the magnetic switch close and the led light up.

Notice that he doesn't show the bottom of the board after the initial time? The blue wires on top and the spark plugs are there for misdirection and decoration. The LED bulb, either has a built-in battery or is wired to a battery on the bottom of the board, and it/they is/are wired to a magnetic switch, which is operated by the magnet. There are grooves cut into the bottom of the board so that it will sit flat, after installing the wires, battery and switch. Take note of the faint circle on the top of the board where the light is mounted. Also take note of the jumps in the video, where the wires, etc., change position.

The energy is not "free" It comes from the kinetic energy ( motion) of magnetic flux fields passing through conductors. This is how all generators / transformers work, not by hiding batteries.
for those people who didnt know. that bulb has a battery infused inside that has double purpose. when plugged in and switched on turns the light (when you paid non-free energy bills.) but if you're broke and didn't pay, it still lights up. after 5 seconds for up to 8hrs maximum.
It is obviously and a common knowledge, that those spark plugs must be from Ford Chevy Truck, model 1997, colour Gray, 5.6 square liter engine, otherwise your wattage will be more than 53.75 Amperes instead of required 62.9 Ohms per Joules * inch.

Spark plugs aren't magically reactive to magnetism.. They are just a metal positive and ground isolated by ceramic. They're just there to enhance the illusion.
