Wirral Country Park CAMC Site and Liverpool in the CV Campervan 

A lovely weekend away at the Wirral Country Park Caravan & Motorhome Club site. We joined other Elddis and Compass CV owners as part of an informal event arranged through the CV Owners Facebook group.
If you own or have on order an Elddis or Compass CV20, CV40, CV60 or CV80 the group is fantastic to get help, advice and share adventures. It’s also great to meet like minded people who share similar interests. Link to the group below.

Whilst staying at the site also took a trip into Liverpool and Birkenhead on the train from West Kirby railway station to St James in Liverpool.
I got a ticket which allowed use on the trains, busses and ferry which I bought from the station and was £1 for the card which is like an Oyster card for the metro and then under £6 for day ticket which I thought was good value.
I also took a ferry across the Mersey to Birkenhead - well you have to don’t you 😀
