This lake is called Frahm Lake. My grandpa built a dam (Totagatic River) and raised minnows and stocked the lake with fish in the 1940’s. All the land that is for sale use to be his. It was a Dairy farm back then.
@@yeltsin6817 Yes he did, he sold it to a gentleman named William Burns. That is where the name of the road it sits arrived from. My grandpa owned over a thousand acres throughout the Wascott area but due to rising property taxes he had to keep selling it off. If he only knew back then what his properties would be worth now?
@@jonathanfrahm5650 hindsight is 20/20 but he had to do what he had to do. Farming is hard work. The only experience I had farming was over 30 years ago on a tobacco farm up here in Canada. Hardest job I ever had and I’ve done tons. I cannot fathom how hard of a job that must have been for your grandparents to manage. They were hard working people indeed
Had a 7 acres on the beautiful lake in Wisconsin, driving there from Chicago every weekend for 20 years just to escape insanity of business life and big city, what a beautiful state Wisconsin is..... you do not have to have 300 acres to enjoy all the beauty, this country can give you, now retired in Florida, still thinking we spent best of our lives there...... all the water sports, mushroom picking, bon fires by the lake, oh what a memories.....
Wish I could afford it. Would turn back into a working farm. Nothing like sitting lakeside with cup of coffee looking at sunrise or sunset, total relaxing enjoyment.
@@pegasis0066 It's $1.5million and I am part of the poors LOL I have my little slice of heaven though, it's enough for my dogs to run around and thats my only goal
The home is elevated from the lakes and the lakes have water control structures in place to manage the water levels. This property is a licensed fish hatchery and it has 9 fish rearing ponds with connected water flow.
Talk about a paradise boy that's a lot of maintenance so for a handicap guy it wouldn't be my thing but man what a beautiful piece of land in a wonderful home

Go to weatherspark.com. Superior, Wisconsin has average temps of 23 F for a high and 7 F degrees for a low in January. 78 F for a average high in January. Weatherspark is website containing the climate numbers of 150,000 different places around the world. Warning, it can be contagious. I had been missing for days at a time going over all the different climates and all the finished data.
Maybe if I had $1.5 million for a house I wouldn't mind having to then spend another 40 or 50k to make the kitchen look like it belongs in a house that cost $1.5 million.

Does tools and furniture and everything come with it or is it bare buildings? Cause these people have lots to move or are they hoping to get a buyer so they can move cause owe taxes? And can't afford to keep it the way things are going?
All items are negotiable in the sale of the property. I can't speak for the motivation of the seller. You can reach out to our listing agent Brady and he may have input on that.
