I was shocked you ordered 2x. You are skinny. I'm a chunky girl so my normal xl becomes 2x sometimes 3x on wish. I only buy clothes from wish now if somebody will actually right in the review section that there from America and what size they ordered vs. What they normally do or if they just outright say order two sizes up. Unfortunately when it comes to close I guess sometimes it's a pain in the butt to post a picture but it really is so helpful to help other people out when you know for a fact people are getting duped. Like all of these hoodies that end up becoming these thin pieces of nylon fabric with a hood attached. Unfortunately I thought I spent $37 on a nice heavy hoodie that was advertised as a warm hoodie for my husband for Christmas and now I get to tell him hey babe enjoy wearing a shirt underneath of it or having to hold off until spring. Guys just a heads up all the horror hoodies like the ones with Jason and Freddy and Michael Myers on them they're all nylon shiny material and as heck and they run two to three sizes small if you're in America

Not trying to diss Archie, he is the love of my life lol, but birds often repeat things without knowing their meanings. They mimic the sounds they hear moreso than they understand and converse. This is just my personal knowledge given I have an African grey and a conure lol so don't take too much stock in this 😅

I think alot of people when they buy things online from wish make mistakes from getting the item not being expected. . 1. Make sure to check the REVIEWS from those who actually got it before you. 2. See all the photos that it has to offer

Yup that's what I do on AliExpress and I haven't been super disappointed yet. Did get some gold chain for jewelry making and it tarnished really bad pretty quick but that was probably 5 or 6 years ago

Envia0809 if u ever get jewelry from online shops like this that have ‘metal’ I’d recommend just giving it a coat of mr. Super clear real quick! The coating becomes practically invisible and it keeps the pretty shinny look of the original piece 🌸

@@ceekay3143 I just read the fairy light description and it said their diameter is 1.8 cm so yeah description is key. While I understand shopping on Wish is mind numbing (ugh) I take a break and will come back to buy. There are always multiple listings.

I spent like $20 on a crappy phone cover from one of those cheap phone case kiosk places. Then got mad and bought 3 different phone cases on Wish for less than $20 including shipping.

Ok in defense of the spoon, it looks the same size in both pictures and if it’s advertised as a “teaspoon” then it looks like it would measure the same amount as a cooking teaspoon. Maybe that’s how they’re justifying it. Great video, I’ve always wondered about the Wish stuff. Thank you!

Guys, here are some tips when buying from Wish: - Don't. Seriously, AliExpress is waaay better -When you want something in a different size or color, always check the price if it will change or not. Sometimes, 'color' means different design. -Order 1 size bigger than your regular size. Asian sizes are tiny. -Always check on other people's ratings/reviews on the product. -ALWAYS take a screenshot of the original advertisement in case you received a different item because some of those merchants will change them without prior notice. -If the delivery is late, immediately contact CS. The 30-day policy is inconsistent af. -If there is a plagiarized design or artwork, tell CS so they can escalate it to their team to investigate it. -If you received something that doesn't look the same as the photo, contact CS because you're eligible for a refund. And yes, their policy is shoddy.

Aliexpress is my go-to! I just recently bought a fall/winter puffer coat from aliexpress, and it was perfect! I'm usually a small, but reading all the reviews, I ordered a large, and it fits perfectly! I find that customer photos match the advertised products way better on aliexpress than on Wish. Many times, you'll see a pic of the item (that looks NOTHING like the product), yet people will write "Looks exactly like the picture!" O.o

Make sure you remove the protective coating off pens a lot of pens come with like a weird wax(?) coating on the tip. Depending on the pen you can either pull it off or just need to scribble to get them off

Having many conflicting feelings about Wish and similar sites these days. Getting items (usually) cheaper sounds great for a budget limit. But the potential hassle of wait time and other problems, the unknown quality of the items and the sketchy conditions the items are from puts a bad light on the whole concept.

Yeah, that's true. I like to use AliExpress better because you can communicate with your shops and request money back if you don't get what you bought. Its not the same but it's still better than wish. I know its not exactly ethical, but when you can plaster your backpack with pins for 7 dollars, it's hard to resist.

I think the most I ever spent on wish, with shipping, was like $13. I can’t bring myself to spend more than that there, I’m a cheapskate. Lol I have spent more on AliExpress though, the biggest cost was a $27 Harry Potter hood blanket and I don’t regret it one bit.

The most i spent on aliexpress for one item was like 25 bucks total and it felt insanely expensive because im used to only spending 1-10 bucks there 😂 in the end i love the dress though and know i would've paid way more had i bought something similar at a cheap retail store

Those lipies had a special ingredient. ( Public bathroom swipings). Black gravel and pubic hair. Seriously looks like someone at the lab didn't like her. Guys, look up the definition for teaspoon. One definition is a spoon for measuring, the other is a spoon meant for eating/stirring. Based on the fact that she said "I ordered one to see if I liked it, but if I like it I'm going to order more", I'm pretty sure she meant the eating/ stirring spoon.

The "vs. reality" photo on the lightbulbs is almost perfect... ... ly shows you that you absolutely got what was advertised. :) The "Expectation" was probably the same size with a little trick, the right - very clever - angle of the shot. :)

At the end of pens sometimes there’s a tiny ball of plastic covering the ball of the ball pint take it off with fingernails or keep rubbing them on paper and eventually it will wear off

@@linuxskywalker6 okay... hahahaha. Go to a high end craft store early spring and early summer.... many many sizes are available. Shaped ones too. But the more different you get from "Christmas" fairy lights the more they cost the orbs she was Expecting were the soho beach scene popularized 3 to 4 inch globes. What she got was 3/4in at best. I thought that the forced perspective was highly informative because it was hard to notice. Have a nice day
