Hey everyone, today's video is a witchy one! I take you thrift shopping with me to find some witchy house decor and show you the items I picked up! TikTok: @Stella_Live_ Instagram: @Stella_Live_ #witchy #witchaesthetic
Omg, you stayed awake for me to post? 🥲 And thank you!! I wanted to try out a different editing style and I think I really like how it turned out. I think the volume changing is something I need to work on haha.
@@StellaLiveThrifts I sure did, then I commented and immediately passed out and slept until 4 in the morning! I didn't notice the volume changing, but maybe i was just too tired to notice it...🤷♀lol
I love your haul!! I love witch decor also but I'm not a witch. You really scored on those brass candle holders, where I live thats something you never find and if you do they charge a small fortune for them. Those books are beautiful!!! I'm happy for you that you found so many wonderful things. 🖤🌙⭐
Thank you! I absolutely love the aesthetic 😍 And you know what's ironic? In my last witchy haul I actually was complaining about how I can never find brass candleholders and then all of a sudden, I started finding them all over the place!! And literally a day or two before I found that candelabra, I was thinking about how cool it'd be to find one and the fact that I found two?! I felt like I hit the thrifting jackpot lol.
So your saying that your not a witch. Lol 🧙♀️ 😂 🐈⬛ Great finds on brass candle holders, scored big finding them. The mirror that was not for sale is really unique and would be great to have in your collection. Too bad they aren’t selling it. Looking forward to seeing how you display everything. Cheers!
Haha, that's exactly what I'm saying! Like I said, there's a whole witching community on youtube, and I don't want to upset anyone lol. And oh man, that mirror! I always walk past it and admire it. It's stunning! I can't wait to get it all decorated, but it will still be a while before I have enough pieces!
The blue pitcher is a vintage Avon oil bottle. I have one that my Great Grandma bought my Mom for a Christmas gift when she was in High school in the 60's. My mom gave it to me when I was in college. I've seen them ask $30 to $40 for them at antique stores. Great deal.
A witchy thrift haul?! Yes please!!! I have that oil lamp, the candelabra you snagged from Habitat AND little jar from St. Vincent De Paul!!!!!!! You already know the little jar is part of my apothecary bottle collection! 🤩 Okay at Habitat... the lamp shade next to the candelabra had me excited, the ribbed details omg!!! Also those books are STUNNING!!! So glad you decided to grab them 🖤
Girl, when I tell you I was kicking myself so unbelievably hard got not grabbing that oil lamp 🤦♀️ I was soooo excited to see those candleabras! I was literally thinking about how it'd be so cool to find one in the thrift store and the fact that I found 2?! 🥳 I did get some of my thrift taste from watching your videos! Haha!
@@StellaLiveThrifts I found them in a pair... for $5!!!!! I was so excited. Need to figure out how to actually use them safely bc they would be such a vibe for the holidays! YES and for finding the candelabras at such a reasonable price.... snatch it!!!! I love to hear that 🤗 and love to see how you decorate with them!
I'm a witch and I'm so not offended. Who doesn't love the witchy vibe. Go your hardest. Most witches don't judge others and we all practise differently. I do also have to say thanks for the honesty. I find lots claim to be practising witches but are realy just in love with collecting witchy stuff. At least you are up front.
Good! That makes so happy to hear lol. And yeah, I just like the witchy aesthetic ✨️ Mostly because I'm obsessed with Halloween and this allows me to decorate my house all year long without putting Halloween decor out lol (I still have Halloween decor out just on a much smaller scale lol)
@@StellaLiveThrifts way I see it is that it's the same as city foke liking a country looking home. They don't live in the country and don't have a farm. No difference. Again at least you don't fake to also be a witch to have your home looking like that. Also it's funny cause even tho I'm a practising witch I live in Australia so " Halloween " falls in the wrong season so I don't celebrate it. I do celebrate at the right season but even then it's not my favourite solstice. But hay I celebrate Yule in the middle of the year but then also decorate for xmass ( not a Christian) but I still like the xmass spirit even though I don't believe in the bible or the timing of the celebration in the southern hemisphere.
Yeah! I saw the price and I was like for .50 cents it's mine! Lol. And it's in Roscommon, Michigan. I do not live there, but it's a very small town and I think there is only two thrift stores there, but again I'm not positive because I don't live there lol.
Goodwill employees get to pick what they want for free before putting stuff out on floor. I think its a ridiculous store that ppl are still supporting them. Guess its all about the money
I think it depends on the goodwill store because I was talking to one of the employees there and they said they have to wait a day before they get something.
You are right but 98% hide their stuff in back. And seen many times when they would take stuff to the back and someone would b looking for item and they'll say its been sold. They're actually having to look into this because its so bad and employees will just take what they want off the shelves. I liked goodwill but paying 8 dollars for used clothing is insane. The prices just keep going up. But love your finds. I go for witch stuff too. Love the book holder.
