Lamb neck recipe in the oven, preparation:
Necessary materials
- 7 pieces of neck meat
- Potatoes
- Onion
- Tomatoes
- Pepper
- Garlic
- Greaseproof paper
- Aluminium foil
- Optionally, spices are added (thyme, salt)
Making the lamb neck in the oven:
As seen in the video, aluminum foil is laid on the tray and 2 layers of oily paper in the form of a plus are laid on it. Meat and other ingredients are placed on the tray. You can place the ingredients whole without chopping them. Spices are up to you, I sprinkle thyme and 1 teaspoon of salt on them.
We cover it with greaseproof paper as airtight as possible, you can also fix it with a toothpick. Then we cover the aluminum foil.
We set the oven to 180 degrees on the upside down setting, there is no need to open it beforehand.
We place it in the middle layer and cook for about 2.5 hours.
When our food is cooked, it will be ready to serve.
