Amen. ❤️🙏 Glory to God! 🙌 God didn't promise us life without storms but He did prove that for every storm, He's there to calm it. And yes, storms are doomed to happen but they are not designed to last. As it is written, No trial has come to you but what is human. God is faithful and He will not let you be tried beyond your strength. And for every trial He will provide a way out so that you will be able to bear it. It is even furthered, Consider it all joy my brothers, when you encounter various trials for you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance and let perseverance be perfect so that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing.

I'm so grateful that my Jesus was with me in the storm. When I struggled in the sea of depression the darkness of the storm obscured my awareness of God's presence yet He never left my side for however so many times as I saw images in my mind of me taking my own life I had only to cry out "Jesus help me" or "Jesus I need You" and instantly the images would be gone. If you're going through a storm so dark you can't feel God's presence know that He is right beside you keeping you through the storm and He will bring you once again into the light of day.

Jesus, you have overcome all sin and troubles. Forgive us of all of our wrongdoings- as we thank you for you grace and provisions daily. May we learn all of your ways and live by what your word says.
