This crepe cake can be made very easily and quickly with few ingredients.
First, mix the dry ingredients and then mix the eggs, vanilla and milk and add to the flour mixture little by little And finally, add the melted butter to the crepe ingredients.
In this video, I divided the crepe ingredients into four parts, colored them with food coloring, and cooked the crepes one after the other in the pan.
Finally, I shaped the pastry cream and spread it on the sides of the crepes.
You can decorate the crepe with chocolate sauce.
