@Frip36 not everyone is going to see the fakeness. He might seem normal to some people. Him crying with no tears is a very clear sign of being fake. Only some people with a medical condition won't have tears when crying. He also has an unusual body language of resting his head on his two hands, trying to look cute or something.
The defense doesn't have a leg to stand on, so they're just throwing stuff in the air to see where it lands. Reminds me of those defense lawyers for Chandler Halderson.

I initially thought this witness was the woman that he was having an affair with and I thought, wow! somebody was definitely punching above his weight!
Fiery? No. Honest. Very much so. Her candid nature presents as a great witness and she for sure was fiery. She even describes defendants personality and demeanor towards her as being lovely.

Mr. Goatee lawyer figured he'd bulldozer the "ditzy blonde" and win a few points for Mr. Tellatubby. However, he didn't expect the pushback and verbal sparing that ensued. She needs to stop saying “if I’m being honest” while testifying on the stand… in a court of law. By repeating “if I’m being honest” on only some answers and not on others, implies you’re not being honest the rest of the time. She might as well just say “to tell you the truth…” before 30% of her answers. So we know when she doesn’t say it, she isn’t telling us the truth… or why even say it at all?
It's just idiom. And I don't like it either. I'm so sick of phrases like "not gonna lie." People just blurt it out without even thinking. It's also a truckload of fun when a youtube presenter is saying "look at this." Of course I'm looking. I didn't roll the video and start staring at the wall.

Oh my. I listened to the female witness without watching (I do this while working). Based off her voice and vocabulary, I expected her to be around 21 and assumed she got her start in real estate right out of high school. I stand corrected.
