I’m a 49 year old man, been watching the NBA since the early 80’s. I still remember those dumb “We got next” commercials during NBA games. I tuned in for maybe 3 minutes (curious) and said WNBA is trash and changed the channel. Because of Clark I watched 2 women’s ncaa tournaments back to back and started to follow the sparks. I even watch for maybe 10 minutes before I change it.

She's beating NCAA records for both men AND WOMEN, and they still can't see past her skin color. It's depressing. If she had average stats and got THIS level of hype, I'd agree 100%. To be fair, she can play but has NOT won a college ring. Meanwhile Angel Reese is getting her life threatened and South Carolina had an undefeated season. She got beat twice, back to back. Yes she got to the championship twice, but she lost twice. She's putting butts in the seats but honestly she talks too much without backing it up and complains about calls too much. I watched her to see what the hype was about. I wasn't blown away at all. She is getting more attention because she is white. Name a black female who got this much praise for losing two years in a row. She constantly gets a pass for choking in the moments that matter. To put this in perspective, LSU beat them last year and the first Lady (not my first Lady) invited the losers to the white house along with the winners. You think if that 2nd place team was black they'd have done that? Satan's best trick on society is getting people to believe that he doesn't exist. Not hating at all. I won multiple times on my level. High school 1000 point club, Keystone conference MVP and got 3 chips on my traveling teams in my 20's. I've been the man so I'm good with who I am. 6'1" and can still hoop at 46. Now my 11 year old already has a chip in his rec league because he's the man now and I trained him. So no hate here.
