Wolf Tales: The Hidden Lore of My Pride 

Thank you for making such an incredible series and a brilliant story! It was terrific for everyone working on the video together and all of us here can't wait to see the episode next month! Thank you so much for looking at the video and all you have done ^^

I know farleap likes hover but they can't be together because hover loves nothing but I get the feeling farleap loves her too... so from what I heard here maybe farleap and rain will get together rain dose look alot like hover. Also I think nothing's mother (sorry forget her name) might die saving nothing as away to redeem herself for being a not so good mother because she really dose love nothing. If this were to happen I think It would allow nothing to grow more and show that she can no longer depend on her mother she would have to depend on hover. Also feel like farleap is gonna leave nothing and hover cause she's gonna maybe feel left out then maybe she runs into rain on her own. Idk just a bunch of theorys of mine own feel free to use them as insperation tribbleofdoom thank you love you you are awesome!

Another theory I just though of... Ghost the white lion nothing keeps seeing in her dreams and meets in episode 3 or 4 I forget. Rain being revealed to be the storm goddess has lead me to think about Ghost the white lion I think he might have something to do with the moon goddess think about it he shows up in her dreams but each time it is night always night why is that? I have heard the theory of Ghost the white lion being Spark nothing's dead brother. When lions die they go to the moon goddess (sorry I can't spell their names or forget them) and they can then be seen as the stars. Nothing is special always has been I think that the moon goddess made Spark nothing's guide to help her find her way. I know spark dose not look white but if your a "ghost" or spirt wouldn't you look white? White like the stars and moon? Ghost grows up with nothing he seems to be the same age as her Spark dies then she has that weird dream and he is there as a cub just like her years later she is grown and so is he so Ghost may very well be Spark he refers to himself as ghost maybe he is just saying he is a ghost or maybe Spark changed his name to Ghost or maybe he is just named Ghost and has something to do with the goddesses. Ghost is a very mysterious lion I bet we will see him again at the shifting place.

@@darkwolf2622 The thing is, it would be pretty normal to hear something like this from a grown up lion, but when you go to kill a toddler and she starts talking like a novel heroine?? That's not right, that's weird and that's sort of cursed in the eyes of Quickmane. Unless she was citing Sharptongues' stories, it's not something a few months old cub should be saying in a situation like that

Ok I understand that this comment was written before ep 8 came out but when Karabi (from ep 8) (sorry if I spelled her name wrong) died Kyoga said the exactly same thing that Nothing said before attacking Quickmane (maybe because Nothing IS the reincarnation of Keoga (or Kyonga... Kaoga k- AAA)).

@@matthasanapplepencil962 Oh yeah. I was thinking about within the pride since the lionesses do most of the hunting. I'm aware this is based on real life pride lions but I've always wonder if male lions hunt along with the females.

@@grekoy in irl females do most of the hunting I think males might join in some times for hunting but males mostly patrols there territory keeping out other males from invading their territory and killing there cubs

Going off from what you mentioned. If she really is a reincarnation, i think she would be most likely Karabi, since Kiyoga died before her. Which could have been indicated by nothing seing hover (Kiyoga's reincarnation) being dead on her dream and ghost saying that the memory is hers. This would also make quickmane calling nothing a demon kinda of a nice foreshadowing, since Karabi is depicted as the vilan of the story

In that episode, I was worried Hover was actually dead until the episode 7 preview

Hi there, I can understand that this seems pretty sketchy and I think it is great you are checking in about it. While I would love to support the Patreon on the 10 dollar Mane level, I am not able to at the moment or probably for a while since I am only able to save a little money each month that I put into the title cards at most. So I have not pledged onto that level. I am on the Huntress one. It's about 2 dollars and a few times a month I see small not too spoilery/non spoilery stills and clips for the episode being produced. While I have been visiting the site more since the video was posted, yet I am still on the same level, I actually stayed away from it since June for the reason you mentioned. I wanted to try and make a theory not based on anything I had seen or spoilers on the Patreon and so came up with the base idea from the first 5 episodes. As more things were revealed, as well as my team realized we could release the first video in October, I wrote the script at the beginning of the month and then released the video 2 weeks later. Mostly I used myths and tropes I had seen in the past, such as greek gods being able to change shape and give quests, the trojan war, the concept of history being re-written by the winners and picked the original legend apart. After that the script was written and here we are now ^^ I am sorry again if this seems sketchy, I can safely say however that I am not a Mane patreon holder and didn't use spoilers like that for the theory. But I thank you for checking and hope the video is still okay. I do have another theory in mind but again will not be looking on patreon as I am making it ^^.

I think she may have been a farther relative of the Goddesses, it makes sense why she was guiding Nothing along the way and supported her through and through. I also believe that Rain is a Goddess but in a more normal form because there's even more evidence now, SPOILER WARNING- In the new episode there's a scene where Rain appears right after Cansu appears and speaks to Nothing. Even the voices can be compared, but I do believe that Rain is Cansu.\ :>

I actually have a book series recommendation for you to cover in the future if you want. It's called Legends of Gahoole. It's about Owls and that there's a war between two owl kingdoms. It's really interesting and has a lot of lore in it. There's even a animated movie about it called Legends of the guardians: Owls of Gahoole. It's a really good movie. It's a bit under rated though so not many people have heard about it. It's a dreamworks movie. I hope you like the books!. There's also another series made by the same author that's about wolves I think. It's really interesting. I don't really know that much about it since I only read a few chapters at a library. I have indeed seen I hope so! I like it though I am a little uncertain to read it since the only poly couple I can see on the toyhouse appears to be connected to a cult. I am not sure yet but as a poly woman it's made me feel a little quizy reading the story at times so I have kind of lost interest in it. However I really like Tofauti Sawa! It's a great story with some wonderful rep for lots of characters! I might go back to I hope so one day, I just might skip the cult section.

​@@SilverStarlingsDen Co-creator of I Hope So here. We've addressed your concerns on our blog in the past but I'll try and clear up the confusion here too. The fact that the Red Stone lions are in a poly relationship has absolutely no relation to them being in a cult. They are unaware they're in a harmful situation, because that's how cults work: nobody actually joins one and is unaware of what it is for most of the time they're in it. They're usually people who are at their lowest - with all their support completely gone - and who have been manipulated into partaking in said group. It's not as simple as 'they're in a cult - so they're all therefore automatically evil'. With that said, they genuinely care for each other and were always going to end up being in a poly relationship regardless of the status of the pride and the presence of Periwinkle. It wasn't enforced by him, which you can see by the fact that Lily is allowed to be completely uninvolved and has relations with Periwinkle and Periwinkle alone. Unfortunately, polycules do have to contend with toxicity just like monogamous relations do, as you probably know. What we want to show is that the toxic actions of one member does NOT represent other members of the polycule and how said remaining members ultimately respond to such a dilemma by supporting each other and perhaps strengthening their relationship by taking steps to cut off a source of manipulation and toxicity within it. Which is going to be a main theme in the Red Stone arc. The Red Stone lions are also not going to be the only poly relationship in the comic. We do have others planned but I can't go into them due to spoilers. And my co-creator is also a poly woman. So, the last thing we want to do is depict poly relationships in a negative and stereotypical fashion. Which sadly includes tackling and deconstructing said stereotypes so we have the opportunity to show that poly relations are just as valid and empowered as those that are monogamous.
