I know exactly what you're talking about!. All my life I've had a privilege of experiencing the same goosebumps - whenever something gives me pleasure - but in certain special occasions, just like with this song, having them doubling, tripling in intensity, to the point that in just several times in my life, they were affecting most of my body, yet not causing total paralysis :D
Shot this clip almost 20 years ago. Nice to see it´s got so many fans and so much hits here. Didn´t even know it existed on the net. For those interested: It´s been shot entirely around the city of Aachen, Germany.
I heard this song in a club while waiting for London After Midnight to play in Los Angeles. I was only 17 at the time, fell in love instantly. Loooooove this song.
The longer I listen to this over the years, the more I like it.. I like the longer version too...actually I can loop this one up and listen to it forever... Dividing...So freaking true.
This song reminds me of my single nights..it always makes me want to go out dancing to 80s music. I know this song is 91 but they compliment one another.
Absolutely brilliant song by a brilliant bands! Five bands that might share appeal to fans of Wolfsheim: Depeche Mode Cruxshadows The Smiths Ultravox London After Midnight Just a few suggestions I thought I'd share for anyone looking for new artists to enjoy
I saw Wolfsheims' first show on our soil in Tampa where, especially after Spectators, adoration was prevelent, not to mention, Casting Shadows. Short story short, i saw them in Spain, G-many but that Tampa show was a tear jerker b-cause of the reception they rcvd. and it moved everyone!
Peter....ein Mann mit außergewöhnlicher super Stimme u. einer Bescheidenheit...solide ... gewissen Schüchternheit...immer wieder erkennbar...einfach toll👍
I had just recently discovered this group on my Pandora listening to dark wave radio and this song came out and feel in love it right away love the beat
The incomprehensive indifference of most of your time spent on this fucking planet can be found in the headlights that are switched on with these timeless synthetic sounds and the aerial voice of Peter Heppner. Just like him most of us have been waiting out in the cold for too many times in our lives so his words hit our wounded hearts and deliver hope for the bright future that we all know will burn us to pieces...
I totally agree with u on what you say about the song. It's a masterpiece in it's own right. I still remember heading straight to the dancefloor whenever the DJ started playing this out of sheer enthousiasm. I was simply swaying to it but mostly singing along *lol* I just love it
This song is from 1991 and it took me 10 years later in 2001 when I heard this the very first time at an Industrial-Gothic genre nightclub(I was in my late 20s by that time).
the part in this video where they are in front of the fireplace. it reminds me of love song record commercials in the late 70's and early 80's. Like at some ski resort or something.
And the moments we shared during these cold years waiting for love,,,,if it is real....have slipt away and the hope we had once, has broken our hearts into pieces...
