You are right, Logan is a very powerful mutant possessing peak human potentials. But in Live action, Captain America is a pure superhuman, capable of running with superhuman speed. He may be even faster than Black panther. In the civil war chase scene, bucky, BP, Captain America were sprinting at a speed of 60+ mph. Even faster than cars on highways. And Ironman doesn't get the sprinting speed but dominates in overall speed.
