@@AV-dd1tf Sir you are disillusioned. The Officer never stated that. His excuse for arresting her was that she supposedly kicked him after he put his filthy hands on her.
@@rashodcrockett8081 yes he did watch the entire body cam unedited by the news. She walked up to him he rolled his window down. She then started yelling at him and threw the spoon at him. She then called the police on a recorded 911 line and threatened to shoot the cops to the 911 operator. Y’all are so gullible for believing the news. So yes they had a reason. If you are dumb enough to call 911 and then threaten to shoot the cops yes I say 100% you don’t need a gun. Gaps in the video lol these experts obviously watched the edited version.
One of those cops said that when she turned to run back into the house, she ran into the door and the gun all of a sudden appeared to fall on the floor, that she was trying to reach. According to her husband, it was on the floor, by the door.
Cop should have left the property once he found out it wasn’t public property. Everything that happened after that is a direct reflection of the initial problem which was THE COP SHOULD HAVE IMMEDIATELY LEFT HER PROPERTY
@Julie Love If you think she acted like a "decent" person than you are twisted. And whatever you think about the constitution is nothing but your ill informed opinion.
She was being arrested for assault and battery against an officer. He said she threw the teaspoon at him IN the car and he didn’t know what was on the spoon, the substance hit him on his arm! “coulda been some sort of drug!” Said one of the officers. That drug, was a teaspoon of honey and probably avocado mask, is why she was arrested.
Why didn't the officer leave as soon as he found out the property wasn't vacant after all? This whole case hinges on that. This feels like "contempt of cop", and they're bad about adding "assaulting an officer" to almost any arrest.
@@rikvis what? let's use our brain for a second. A police officer is parked in my yard doing paperwork and you say that he's lucky he didn't get shot for trespassing?
I swear they get on my nerves with the lies, lies, lies. How could she have kicked him when her leg was pinned by his knee? She couldn’t move because he had all his body weight on her 97lb body. Smh.
Wrong!! She was acting and screaming like a Psychopath!! Are you kidding, clearly you didn't watch the video!! She is a . Paranoid narcissists because she had an illegal gun in her possession!! Boy, this is exactly why the US Needs to wake up and put these narcissist in the pokey!!! She needs to grow up and wake up!! Which clearly will never happen because the first thing these fools try to claim is racism!! And the clear problem is someone that thinks their above everyone else!! She needs an attitude adjustment!!! I would be willing!! Just saying!!
She threw something at him and she ran back inside her house saying she was going to kill the police. That is still against the law....Democrats haven't changed that yet
Why is there no footage of the initial encounter involving the spoon? Why is there no release of the recorded 911 call in which a weapon was referenced? Police are claiming these are crucial in defense of their actions. Seems like the entire encounter should be viewable. Come on Jacksonville Police, let’s see.
But oh... There IS video. Brittany posted it on her YT page. They FOIAed every bit of the video and audio. Every cop involved in this, including those in IA who did nothing and the Chief who did nothing should rot in prison. I'm sorry it had to happen this way but Brittany won the lottery. I am 100% certain she would have rather not gone through any of this horse crap but I can assure you, she WILL be awarded millions for not only the act but especially for the cover-up.
It would have never happened if the officer left when he was asked to. The criminologist even said so. “This would have never happened in a different neighborhood.”
The criminology was a hand picked white or Jewish Democrat from Miami with no law enforcement experience, just experience in the Democrat party agenda.
The officer tried to make people testify for him and got mad when the witnesses didn't go along with his story. The spoon he claimed was thrown at him was outside. How was a spoon she threw in a car outside? His story of lies has so many holes. Why was he even on her property?
You people are off your rockers!! She thou the spoon with the crap on it in the police car at him!! What video did you watch?? Clearly not the one in this case!! And if any of you agree with this narcissist behavior, your part of the problem!!!! Anyone that always tries to go with the racist route is part of the problem , you should already know is BS!! The i am scared BS , because they have had like 5 police killings on TV isn't a invention to be a phyopath!!!
My question: Why did they come after her? The ONLY reason could have been retaliation because the officer's ego was bruised so he brought fellow gang members to infiltrate, dominate, humiliate, subjugate, imprison. Exertion of dominance. Like a psychopath does.
Emergency vehicles....cops, fire, paramedics can park on your roof if need be. He told yall he just finished a call a block away from said house. Let the man rest and catch his breath. If it was a black cop you'd invite him inside and eat your cereal. As soon as somebody stole your crack pipe you'd be calling the cops when there's a shoot out but damn him if he can't stop and take a break for a minute. remember YOU chose to live in a high crime hood not him.
@@smartmaxwell9017 The key phrase there is " if need be " & that " if need be " that your referring too " needs to be an emergency ". I also find it interesting that this reply shown up above by ( Slowhead maxwell ) gets uncensored, yet if I comment about something that is unpopular by main$tream's standards. My comments are instantly deleted & my notifications are turned off. Whats that about utube?
@@patrickday4206 you're ignorant of common sense law, and how your feelings doesn't count. It's already been repeated over and over again that he just left an emergency a block away and doing his paperwork. If you don't like white cops in your neighborhood, don't move into a high crime area. It is also illegal to assault a cop or a civilian with a spoon full of green food or whatever she threw at the officer
New Mexico just passed legislation to remove qualified immunity from police. They need pass that nationwide. These cops trespassed, escalated and conspired to assault this woman for exercising her rights.
Isn’t resisting arrest a secondary charge? What was the arrest for??? He charged her. How do they expect citizens to respond to a threat even if it’s a cop?
Don't give her the right to demand law enforcement to leave the area, after he just finished another call a few steps from her rented house in a crime infested neighborhood, and then assault the officer with her unknown green substance, when she doesn't get her way.
when the tyrant approaches her at the steps, and reaches for her.. what is he doing? Is that an arrest? and for what? Looks to me like she is being attacked.. not arrested!! FIRE these TYRANTS.. all of them.. including the leaders who hire and make excuses for them!!!!!!
I used to think that Ken was a good guy when I lived in St. Augustine. But now I see he’s no different than any other person in law enforcement who backs up corrupt officers. What was that officer doing inside her home without a warrant or an invite. He went over the top and Ken you should be man enough to admit it. Shame on you!
Because she assaulted the cop and then tried to run inside to avoid arrest. Ole Kenny is still on the black democrat party, as he thinks, incorrectly, that a cop can't temporarily park in a driveway until the traffic clears up.
It is what everyone I know says. They always say they know good cops but I'm always like how would you know because they say so? Because they are nice to you? That doesn't mean anything my opinion is every cop is an unknown good or bad cop. Every interaction they show their trustworthiness. I wish it was different I want to believe that cops want to be honest and protect people but I'm not living in delusion.
Did you hear whenever she said why you are smirking right before the attack they were smirking because they were about to do her something and the fact that they were smirking when they were about to assault somebody shows just how evil these pigs are
This all happened from the officer thinking they own everyone and can do whatever they want and whenever. So he's the one who escalated this he should of lefet when she told him.
People do not talk to officers. You don't have to talk to them. Say no comment. She did not batter that officer. She was trying to get away from him. It is so obvious. Those crooked low down lying cops. I can't help but be so angry. His ego was hurt and he was going to show her whose boss. That's what that was about. He stood in his car and made a game plan and then when the other officers came he got out of his car and then started messing with her. FIRE THAT COP!
First, this officer would have never parked in a driveway in Bartram, Ponte Vedra, or other neighborhoods in and around Jax. This happened because of the location and perception of those living in the area. Wrong, on every level! Following protocol, I disagree. This entire incident was a unnecessary. Periodt!!!!
The cops aren't needed in those mentioned neighborhoods because nobody breaks the law there. The crime is so bad on the northside that he had to let the bums across the street continue drinking their opened containers.
Remember the always attack the weak. Plus they attack the camera. Then they lie to cover it up. She ask him to leave her private drive way and that piss him off
It was proper as they executed the arrest? They were not there to arrest anyone. They escalated after being told to get off private property. Then they attacked her. She wasn't going crazy until they rushed her, and for what reason?
So can you please explain to me why you did not address why an officer approximately twice her size felt the need to put his KNEE on her NECK when another officer already had her pinned to the ground with her arm twisted so far that it caused irreversible nerve damage? You continuously stopped the footage right before the officer came to kneel on her neck during the majority of the story, then at the END you let the footage continue, but CROPPED OUT HIS LOWER BODY so you can’t tell that when he bends down it’s to pin her down with his knee. You know, his knee, ON HER NECK. THE SAME WAY GEORGE FLOYD WAS MURDERED?!?? Also, could we see any bodycam footage of her kicking an officer? of her being read her Miranda rights? of her assaulting an officer? How about the officer’s joking about being there for “big fat black p*ssy”? the officers illegally entering her home without a warrant? Because SOME of that footage exists and while you replayed the same footage over and over again, you SHOULD have been sharing more of the whole story. Long gone is the honesty in journalism.
Do you know what video the officer's inappropriate comment is in? I've seen multiple videos of this situation but haven't come across that yet. That adds a whole new level of disturbing to the situation.
play the tape in the beginning not after the fact.. she had no business getting involved.. It all starts there on a felony arrest an has a gun an yet you want to interfere.. Where is your brain cells at??
She was still resisting. When you resist, don't expect the cops to roll out the red carpet for you and send you to a garden. You would put the knee to the neck if you were the cop too. You sound like a dumbed down felon yourself asking d a questions. Where are your papers?
Bundy3331- she had no business getting involved? He parked in her driveway to read his emails and she asked him to leave. Since we don't know what happened in the conversation after that,we do know a plastic spoon was somehow involved and she returned to the door way. We do know another cop came on the scene and proceeded to try and grab her as she ran back into her house and slammed her to the ground, breaking her teeth and twisting her arm causing nerve damage. But somehow this was all her fault?
I watched the 1:35:00 so long video and he didn’t say he thought it was vacant and was arrogant to the boyfriend. The second officer said that the weapon just magically fell from out of somewhere. And he SLAMMED her face on the ground and held her down by her neck. *There was a run down gas station across the street!* His supervisor told him what to say about WHY he didn’t have his body cam on. AND I didn’t see any backed up traffic. I don’t care WHY he was there. He shouldn’t have been there reading personal emails. Her clean record should speak to her character!!
yes i watched that too and the police story dont match up and in court when the story and the report is part of the evidence all charges need to be dropped and this cop should loose his job . and she should sue them . will add how can one throw a plasic spoon it has no weight if it was metal maybe but he does not have video of it no one there seen her throw the spoon i think she dropped the spoon walking away and probaly told police get the F*** off my property and thats what started this . but she has every right to say that . all the cop had to do was drive away . or say sorry and ask please could i finish my emails the lady might of said fine so in this case i do feel police were in the wrong . and plus how they did her sacked her like a man and yes the gun thing they claiming she said i will shoot that cop if he comes any closer i dont believe that i think its a lie . they will lie they done it too me a few times . lol yes he went across the street to those men sitting there drinking beer and said i dont care about the drinking but did you see her ba ba ba . they like no. then cop like pack it up and get out of here wtf he went to like 4 different people asking . i hope she is ok and also sues them . you can tell how she carries herself she is no thug or criminal . and far as that cop go kick rocks without socks
Cop should of just told the truth and explained why and showed his badge and let them know that he'll leave in a few mins. then they prob would of been ok with that. She has a right to be suspicios, call for back up and own her gun she was on her property. Esp when the cop didnt make it clear.
Her teeth broke from the cop looking at her because there was no excessive force. The cop was using her property at least he could say sorry or thank you and leave not stay and start trouble.
This what happen to Black American daily while living here in America. These cops feel they have do anything against us because we are Black ...period. This type of action would never happen in a nice White Neighborhood..never!!! I pray all her charges are dropped soon and maybe sue them for injuries she suffer. Their actions was excessive and totally unprofessional.
Uhh, ever hear of Waco? Ruby Ridge? Tony Timba? The government doesn't care what skin color you are - they will kill you at the drop of a hat. We're all plebs to them, and cops are just their jackboots.
@@johnjackson9767 not at the rate they been killing us since we been in this country..400 years or more. The cops see us as criminals no matter how much money we have or not.
She IS INNOCENT of any & all charges. The OFFICER committed the crimes by PHYSICALLY ATTACKING her for asking him to move his car. Just another EXAMPLE of DAILY Police Brutality and FALSE ARREST. Not to mention the TAMPERING OF EVIDENCE, Falsifying records, purgery & conspiring against an INNOCENT PERSON. Absolute OUTRAGE AND IM ENRAGED
they really should start teaching these black women in high school that police do not believe they have the same rights as other American citizens. how dare she enforce her privacy and property rights on a police officer who is not bound by any laws but his own.??
All of this could’ve been avoided had he not have parked in the driveway in the first place. And there was also two other places of buisness near her house that he could’ve parked at. And he could’ve just drove off the property, instead of arguing with her and creating a whole unnecessary situation.
It is a public access parking lot. Not her "driveway". And even if it was her driveway your driveway only goes so far. The public access starts from about where a ditch, light poles and all that is. Hell, let's say it was her private driveway with no public access at all. Even if a cop stops there you still can't walk up and throw something at him. Tf is wrong with you?
@@docducttape9270 bull then way was he parked past the neighbors fence line why to the neighbors mow the public area? You know nothing about easements you know nothing about the law on trespassers if someone refuses to leave private property at a certain point you can throw rocks at them you have the right to use whatever force necessary you can hose them down if you want.
She was not detained! She had no obligation to talk to the officer who was basically charging at her while standing on the steps. So that officer had no reason to enter the home!🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡💩💩💩💩
Sharpening PIKES is a new hobby for this 71 y/o good citizen, whose NEVER been arrested. When Law Enforcement loses support from those like me, it is time for Gov't to tremble in fear of We the People. Not a threat . . . But a Constitutional promise and pledge to the Declaration of Independence and Preamble
He never should have been on PRIVATE PROPERTY! This is absolutely ridiculous. She had every right to ask him to leave and fear for her own safety. It is very freaking obvious from the way he talked to and then treated her she was right to be afraid. This THUG with a badge not only beat this woman up while trespassing.. He got away with it. When the cop can do whatever they want because they know the DA and the judge will back them up it completely destroys any faith in the justice system. This is a perfect example of the Injustice system of America.
They missed it again the video clearly states the cop say" This is a public driveway". It is not" it is a private driveway for the tenant who rents or owns it. It's no different than having the public park on your front lawn, couch, kitchen table, your bed. He was trespassing.
True !!! However these cops know the law !!!! A driveway until you have been trespassed you may be on ! So when she called 911 on a tech deal she could have said hello there is a car in my driveway I want it trespassed and by law the responding must site the offender ! So what went wrong ?
I feel so bad for her. These bullies need to be held accountable for their actions. When we were kids we had to deal with bullies, and now as adults we still have to deal with bullies. If you ever see a cop trying to bully someone, record them. Don’t let the have a moment of peace, they don’t deserve it.
These cops need to be in jail 10 yrs or more for assault on their boss and falsifying reports let somebody do this To their wives see how they like this she had every right to know why he was there an to tell him get off my property
Look she can’t assault an officer because he’s on her on property. Did the cops act professionally(no) and if he did get a object thrown on his persons he is to act then and there not 20 minutes later
His story changed a bunch of times, first he arrested her for kicking him 'inside' her house *after* he rushed in with no warrant, then it was she just kicked him, then she came out screaming and threw a spoon *inside* his car, even though the spoon was found outside and is seen in her hand after she addressed him by his car. He's a liar and you want to believe a liar. But the question really is... what does boot polish taste like? ? 🤔
The Black person asked is a sellout. They had no right to be on her property... This is lunacy. Those cops need to be charged with felony assault and fired
At what point did they say that she was being placed under arrest on any of that videotape do you hear these offices shut saying that you've now are under arrest or do they attack you first that way you struggled trying to figure out what's going on that way they can get you for resisting arrest but these officers never once verbally said that this person was being detained or arrested at any time
