There should be a new law put into place that if ANYONE male or female Knowingly choses to date a CONVICTED SEX/ASSAULT OFFENDER and is going to have that person come visit or stay at their residence, then THEY LEGALLY NEED TO NOTIFY THE MANAGER OF THE APTS. OR SOMEHOW THE NEIGHBORHOOD IF THEY LIVE IN A HOUSE just to have it be known because YOU know of it and choose to be with that person and therefore exposing your neighbor's, you don't have the right to keep something like that private. At least then your neighbor's can take more precautions needed especially those with children. The apartment complex shouldn't be the only ones responsible unless of course they knew of it or are required to do background checks on anyone coming to the apartment grounds.
I'm confused, how would they know if he wasn't on the lease? Where in the video did it mention that he was on the lease? In the video it states that because he was an offender he was not allowed to stay by law more than a few days in any place, so he would stay a maximum of two of the three days he was allowed, leave go back to his residence, and then come back.
