I had an ex who had his kid the same amount of time as the mother and he had to pay her child support. I don’t understand that. If you both see the child the same amount & do the same amount for the child why should one have to pay the other on top of that?? That’s not fair 🤷🏻‍♀️ I don’t think a judge would change it if he started having the kid a day or 2 more. He’d still have to pay her

My sister has her son 50% of the time and has to pay her son’s father child support because her family is in a higher tax bracket. The idea is that the child has the same lifestyle at both parent’s homes.

UPDATE: Mr. Morones is no longer in Jordans life. He was served paperwork in regards to abandoning Jordan and my husband adopting him. He didn't show up for court and Jordan is happy, with the only man he knows as dad. We have left the state and are enjoying our new, wonderful life.

His mom is very fair skinned, even though she has dark hair, which is probably dyed. The grandmother looks like she was a natural blonde at some point. Being an hispanic myself I can tell you that we can come out any skin shade, hair or eye color. For example, im very light complected w freckles w wavy hair. My sister (same parents) is tanned w curly hair. Now, Mr. Marones is hispanic and he probably has a nice mixture of native American, European, and possibly African American blood. He has a baby w a white woman that further explains why their baby looks the way he looks.
