I was recently in a supermarket Carpark and a fully-loaded Shopping Cart came rolling down the hill & banged into my truck, it did no damage, but when I looked in the direction it came from and asked if anyone owned this stuff, no one owned up. There was a couple standing there & I know it came from them, but they didn't own up, so after asking a few more times, no one owned up, so I loaded that $400-$500 worth of groceries in my truck and dropped it all off at the local Salvation Army. That means in case of divorce you must only pay the difference of earning during the marrige. Your starting money, gifts, wins (for example in a casino), heritage and insurances, etc, is not effected and also the income which cames from this assets. For example: A men has 1Mio on Wedding, gets a gift of 5Mio during marrige and earns 50.000 per year in work and 50.000 through the assets from the gifts and starting capital and the women earns 60.000 per year and has no savings at the beginning of the marrige. They are married 5 years. The men will get (60.000-50.000)x5/2 = 25.000 from the women, the women nothing. Because during marrige she earned more. And also you must pay support for your wife.
