I used to keep a type of back up plans with girls in the past. If my current girl friend starts doing things she knows I dislike, my eyes would start looking for a replacement. The whole reason behind havinf back up plans, is being distrustful and not wanting to be alone. I learned a hard lesson, and stopped doing that, by doing and vetting better. I think we (men) have to take more accountability. First off, notice how these women are dressed. The uniform fits the actions. We can argue that it affects women more, but look at what's actually happening. It's affecting both equally. It's making men and women have a distrust in one another, leading to messy divorces and breakups, causing emotional trauma (even if men don't want to admit it), and causing the next generations to grow up accustomed to toxicity and messiness. The idea that it's not bad for men to be promiscuous leads more men to go out and do so, and for the most part, they're doing so with women, so you end up with a bunch of undisciplined men and women who are less and less desirable to those they may want to 'settle down' with later in life. It may look different, but it's the same. Men need to step up and stop sleeping around. If men stop, women will stop, too.

A man would commit to a woman to get access to sex and a woman would give a man sex for committing to her. Now, the trend is men aren't committing but they're still getting the sex. When women sent the message that a man does not have to risk his heart, his assets, or his future in order to get their end of the bargain, well, only an idiot would turn down that deal.

We true everyone is attracted to someone at some point and that doesn't mean cheating will happen if they keep distant and do not fantasize about that person. That is not cheating but fantasizing about someone is the first step towards cheating, thought not good but not as bad as cheating. If you do find yourself fantasizing about someone just go to your spouse (redirect it towards your spouse) and eventually you will stop and you will love your spouse even more, now if you continue to entertain that fantasy in your head, cheating becomes even more probably and most likely as time goes on.

When you are with someone, you cannot just forget the past. You had a life before and it is ok to remember those moments. The problem is when you miss the person with who you had those moments. For example, if i was on a trip with a girlfriend and loved it, i cannot just forget the whole thing.
