Ever since a vicious attack nearly claimed her life, Christine Lucas (Nicole Kidman) has suffered from anterograde amnesia and is unable to form new memories. This is a real condition, I remember seeing somewhere there’s a woman who has to write her entire day down in a diary to read every morning because her memory resets every morning, it’s getting to the point where it takes her hours to reread it all so she’ll have to start skipping lots of information or just rely on others to tell her. Apparently because she remarried since the condition started and has had more kids, it terrified her whenever she woke up pregnant or afterwards when she woke up next to a “stranger” because she doesn’t recognise her ‘new’ fiancée

You are claiming in the all those years she did not once go totally psychotic after waking up realizing she was pregnant or had delivered a baby or was to breastfeed or clean the baby? Bigger plot twist: they are actually galahad and merlin but went undercover as mark and dr nasch. The girl is actually a super villain that plans to nuke a city with the nuke she has stolen from a nuclear submarine. During their fight she accidentally got amnesia. She never told them where she hid the nukes and in fear of her gaining her memories back they decide to try to convince her of this fake life and create the ruse about mark being ben to further cement the idea that ben is her husband and think that there aren't any more tricks.
