I just saw last night a man was finally arrested for sucker punching a NINE YEAR OLD LITTLE GIRL and sending her to hospital feeling sick, dizzy and in pain, she was literally standing next to her Mother in the food court at Grand Central Station in NY and he walked up and punched her in the head, poor baby, ff*cking thing is literally a week ago he did the same thing in the same place to a 54yr old woman and busted her in the face breaking her nose, was arrested and immediately cut loose, then he did this to a nine year old....

When you have internal bleeding, it often can travel pretty far under the skin, far from where the actual injury was. I would guess that the black-and-blue color of her chest is from blood from injuries to her jaw and neck.

I think it has more to do with increasingly disproportionate wealth, social division, and the American predatory attitude here and abroad. Most wealthy countries are even more lenient than we are. This guy blind sided her. Even if she had a weapon, she was not aware that she was targeted by this guy. I fully support people carrying weapons for self protection but I don't think it would have helped in this specific case.

The Governor maintained the budget and border safety laws were followed/enforced. I grew up in LA County - we didn't lock our doors until the Manson murders in 1969. We knew our neighbors near and far..... rode our bicycles far without fear. We knew the basic safety stuff: don't get into a stranger's car, etc., etc. We hiked the hills overlooking Glendale, enjoying the outdoors. The roads, freeways, and highways were in good shape, without trash everywhere. As a teen I drove with my girlfriends to Downtown LA to shop --- no worries. The current conditions are not a legacy we should leave for our grandchildren! The state I love resembles a Third World Country now. This is not what we pay 7½% tax for. How much more mismanagement will we endure before we push back and demand accountability from our elected representatives, who clearly aren't concerned. Our government works for us --- we pay their wages. Isn't it time we demanded a return to the Rule of Law? GET OUT THE VOTE!
