TTE is responsible for such incidents. He should be suspended & dismissed at once. I was travelling once by Duranto from New delhi to Patna in 2AC. Many students forcibly entered in coach at Kanpur & remained till Patna. Even after twetting & raising complaint at helpline, Nothing happened. Police & TTE took money Rs 100 each from them. And allowed them to travel. Railway is full of corrupt employees & corrupt policemans

My household help had gone to his village, he is a very meak and gentle individual. On his way back he found someone sitting on his seat and he did the entire journey standing as he is not confrontational at all. When he arrived back his legs were swollen. Luckily parents are doctors so we managed to provide him the proper treatment at home and made sure he was eating properly. He is now absolutely fit but that just angered me, he threw away the ticket else we would have made a formal complaint with all requisite proofs and demanded atleast a refund for the poor chap.

That men seriously he's good in his words and character. He argued till end of video and not used any offensive words. I appreciate his patience.

If this was in the US, she would have been doxed by now. Subsequently affecting her work situation as well. Wonder if she faced any consequences for this barbaric display. Does the Indian Railways have something similar to a 'no-fly' list for unruly passengers?

That ₹250 fine along with the ticket price is very low, that's why these people have the courage to take reserved seats. Fines should be at least for times the ticket prices along with ticket price.

Delhi to Mumbai via Duronto, travel time ~ 16hrs, 1AC ticket-5200, 2AC- 4200 Flight for the same, 2.5 hours travel time, if you book 1 month in advance, you can easily get for 4500, and sometimes even less than 4000. For upper middle class Indians, its time to switch to flights. Indian railways services are degrading, with every passing day.

There should be a Special Alarm Button installed in every Coach...for these type of Matters.

Few months ago same thing happened with me, TTE sold my seat to another passenger

I experienced something similar to this as well. I boarded my train at approximately 12:00 PM in 3AC Coach, accompanied by my wife, mother, and one-year-old daughter. Two young girls, who were almost 25 years old, were lying on the lower berths. I was allotted two middle berth and one upper berth. They did not let us sit, they immediately began to argue that they would keep lying on the seat. My family and I were utterly defenseless. I found TTE and asked him to switch my berth and fortunately, I was moved to a different coach. These days, women behave Lamentable conduct. IRCTC / Indian Railways shall look into the matter of seat allocation.

This has happened to us many times in the past. People refuse to leave the reserved seats and start arguing, especially ladies. Railways should come with stringent rules to end this menace. We pay an hefty price to reserve the seats and later need to face this situation. Let circulate this video to the maximum on social media and shame this shameless lady. Being a woman myself its really sad to see some women take advantage of "women card" like this.

This is a serious issue. I once out of kindness let 2 men sit on my seat and I woke up to one of them lying on the seat and I felt so uncomfortable because obviously the seats are not made for 2 to sleep. He was sleeping only in the lower half but my feet were totally pushed and I woke up due to discomfort and this happened 3 times that night

Almost same incident happened with me , when a 24 hours tiring journey to delhi , when i changed my train, two ladies were sitting on my reserved side lower seat, when i asked them that it is my seat, they started requesting me to go somewhere else and wait for tte to come, i asked them that i have travelled for so long and now i want to rest but they didn't listened and instead showed me an empty seat which belonged to someone else and asked me to sit there, i knew if i leave my seat now, then they will not go anywhere, so i sat with them only and waited for the tte for 2 hours and as it was 10 pm in the night everybody else were sleeping , so i was not able to gather enough courage to fight the ladies. But hats off to people here that they are able to stand for the truth

This happens normally in all North Indian trains, Most North Indians don’t know the difference between Reserved Compartments and UnReserved compartments. They always think they are entitled to any seat😂

This is really a very serious issue. While me and my family of 4 were travelling in sleeper another family 4 came to us by saying let our children sleep in bed while she and husband will stand my father and mother allowed the children to sleep with me and my sister on our seats the daughter shared the seat with my sister on upper bret and she(the women) laid her son around 2 years on my bed in the middle seat and she and her husband was supposed to stand but in middle of she also climbed onto the middle seat while her husband also slept holding my bed so i literally had no space to move nor to sleep as not one but three people were sleeping on one seat same was the condition of my sister their daughter around 15 was also pushing my sister so that she can sleep peacefully. My parents were sleeping in a separate aisle so it was difficult for me to go and wake them up. Thankfully me and sister were sleeping in corner as the way this family was pushing us we would have fallen down.

Similar incident happened with my parents 1 month back while travelling from Delhi(both senior citizens). The other person had lower berth and my parents has middle and upper. He wants to sleep at 11am( not being sick). When they refused to go up, he started using cuss words for them. Finally the TTE had to come and threaten him to be fined.

Reservations are really a joke in Indian Railway, I once booked seat in sleeper class, and to my suprise, I wasn't allowed to lay or even sit properly on my payed seat! Group of people who didn't even payed for their tickets occupied my seat. Since my station was close, I didn't filed a complaint for it but I can feel the rage from this video. Imagine you came back from a long exhausting journey, hoping to straight you back on your reserved seats only to find an annoying, rude lady occupying your seat and even refuging to cooperate with you!

After recording the video he should have pulled the Chain. Every one in the compartment will automatically take her to task. RPF also automatically will be on the spot.

When i was in train 2 ladies their seat was not confirmed still travelled in ac and sat in my seat fully occupied i was not able to sleep that night and oñe of the lady's husband was sleeping peacefully in other seat but they does not want to disturb him i was like ok old people we are young we neèd to adjust but they took so much advantage

This happened to me too in Patiala where a couple sat on me and my fathers seat and refused to leave our seats.. even though when i told them thousand times that its our and when i had sever backpain still the couple refused to leave our seat until their station came.

Hehehe reminds me long back we were travelling to Delhi from Mumbai, We had 4 reservations for 4 family members.. a lady was not ready to vacate our seat even in night.. and she kept saying bhai ek din k lye toh dedo.. and we said ek hi din k lye to book karte h behen. But our issue was that we let her sit till 9pm and after 9pm we were feeling, and to avoid creating scene, Mom gave her the seat and my younger brother n Ma adjusted in one.

I don't know how , if i had a long journey and this woman would do so, i would talk reasonably for some time and then if it didn't help, i would physically take my seat then

During farmers protest my seat was occupied by a group of sikh people who I think didn't book tickets. I shared my seat with 4 to 5 people the whole over night journey from Delhi to Punjab but unlike this video those guys were not disrespectful towards me and we talked during the journey about different topics. I really wanted to lie down and sleep but I had to adjust and sleep while sitting in awkward position with my head supported by my bag. I didn't ask them to leave my seat because they were protesters coming back from delhi and I somehow felt like letting them share my seat as a gesture and support for their hard work. Also I am from the North east with a very different face from them and didn't want to be rude to them as I felt I was representing other people from the same region as me and thought it was just a 7-8 hrs journey after which I can rest all I want and they can also rest in my seat at least for the duration of the journey. But I discourage taking others reserved seats because I might have had a bad tiring day and I paid for the seats and if it weren't for the farmers protest I would have asked them to leave my seat.

She might have given some money to the TTE that's why is saying( TTE ko aane do) again and again
