Women bikers harassed in Bengaluru 

This dude might be the only person in India who actually own a public road what a fantastic person he really is .

He is advocate and doesn't even know that even police does not have authority to take the keys from individual's vehicle. This guy deserves to pay some hefty fine for this behaviour and compensation for mental torture to those women.

Poor guy is homeless and lives on the exact same spot on the road...please help the poor guy

He has done the biggest mistake of his life by messing with bikers. Bikers have a huge community; in Bangalore alone there are over 1 lakh bikers. Now, his fight will be with the biker community. How will he face hundreds of thousands of them ? His home will become become a public toilet/garbage dump.

What has to be applauded here is that the ladies took on this bully. In most cases (considering I'm a man, I ride bikes and I have groups I go with). If someone comes like that at me and asks me to "move out of his way" which he claims is his, I'd just do that - how does it really bother me if I took my water break a few feet away? That is what pops to my mind and instead of getting into an altercation I take the route of conflict avoidance. Sometimes it is essential that these bullies are brought to the front and their society knows them for who they really are. I'm just wondering if I were in his spot, I'd be simping off and asking those ladies if they needed some water or biscuits (I mean I see that to be more believable than this!)

Call to start a rally of woman bikers along that road and to stop exactly where they stopped.

They should file a complaint with the BAR or tbh the BAR should take suo motu action against this lump (suspend if member, sue if impersonating as a lawyer). It's not about the keys, these women were educated, what about someone tomorrow who may not be as educated or empowered or have access to internet?

I remember a case in Delhi where a man was arrested only because he protested illegal parking of a girl. The girl played victim card,feminist card claiming molestation .The man was sent to jail for 6 months without any trial or evidence & lost his job. But the Girl didn't go to court in a single hearing instead left India for Canada. People blaming the man for recording the actions of these two ladies probably doesn't know the law of the land. The man filmed the scene because in some cases women have claimed they were molested, slapped etc when nothing such thing happened. The kind of laws there are in India a simple allegation can land you in jail or loose your job. By the way you can't just park your car in front of someone's house.

The other day i went to hotel to get a cup of tea and parked my bike close to a car, clearly not less than half a foot apart from my bike mirror to his car dude just started screaming from 3rd floor to park my bike somewhere else saying that i was damaging his car🤦

This is the state of Bangalore these days. For outsiders, it's a tech city. But in reality, it's a dirty city with corrupt government officials and police with a free pass for goons and theaves to do whatever they please. This might shock some of the viewers but incedents like these are so common in the city that it is considered normal

It's the sick mentality, not the people neither the place. I've seen more videos of other developed countries like America, Europe, etc have such sick sick mentality. Glad you got the help and initiated the legal action. FIRs are always tough to deal with in a country like India. The advocate know that.

There is something missing here...why would someone claim that it is the entrance to his home when it's clearly a highway with crash barrier. What interaction happened between the women and the man's father? Maybe he objected them filming their house or something? Government while acquiring land for infrastructure should make sure that privacy sheets are provided.

This is the same problem with some people who claim that road adjacent to their house is owned by them. There was one instance where I parked the car next to the compound and not the gate.. he came and started harassing me and I gave it properly if his father was the owning the road and I told him that I pay road tax and literally went physical on him but didn’t.. the problem with these people is they think they are educated but I call them educated illiterates…
