Abusers in relationships ALWAYS go for your phone first & break it so you can’t call the cops or have any video evidence of what they do to you. They wouldn’t be in court if one or the other wasn’t abusive so keep that in mind.
I find it funny how so few people know that you can get a transcript of messages, calls and data usage from your phone provider. Yeah it's a bit of a run around to get that, but its still something you can get if your court case is truely important to you

I get the feeling it had nothing to do with her physically turning the phone on or off. That phone was shutoff cause she didnt pay the bill or buy more minutes if it's a track phone.
Ikr, even like me, I don't text much nor do I use social media a lot, however i watch all videos on my phone. Maybe if I had an iPad, I guess I wouldn't care for my phone as much. So yea I do believe many young people that have multiple entertainment devices like me would not always be on their actual cellphone. However, in those cases there is like no chance your phone will be destroyed. Only people that are always on their phone has their phone damaged eventually, and when they do damage they replace it or fix as fast as possible, no way they take a week lol (unless money extremely tight)

Yes you see women doing this when talking with police officers. Eye rolls, mouth motions, twitches, and shoulder shrugs etc. Then as soon as the cuffs go on, shrill screaming, don't touch me, I can't breathe, and you have no rights!! They learn it somewhere.
She did it. I’ve broken a few phones. Lost one. However, usually the either screen or charging port stops working. My average cell phone lifespan is 2 years although my old Nokia last much longer. I know people who still have their Nokia.😂I also turn my phone off sometimes when I want to make sure it want to be 100 percent sure it won’t ring, vibrate or anything else.
The defendents expressions are hilarious 😂😂😂😂 This is such as an animated story. I could totally picture the defendant popping her up on his window looking at him with the crazy eyes and him in his boxer shorts reaching for his gun out of pure fear of her. Haha 😂

I repair electronics, including cell phones, for over 35 years. If your phone is off, you still get the message. Duh. Even if the screen is cracked, it's still there. 🤦♂️
Judge Judy is right about cell phones and litigants, they always seem to have lost their phone or got a “new “ one so they don’t have old messages etc. Almost every court tv show, it’s the same issue.
I left my phone on the roof of my car once. Drove away. Heard it fall off. Went to go get it and watched a truck run it over lol. It was smashed to crap, but i was able to get it fixed!
She’s definitely lying but it’s not uncommon to have a phone off if you can’t afford it. When I was transitioning from one job to the next and didn’t have the money, my phone was off for almost 2 weeks. But if she had an iPhone, it’s nothing to jump on wi-fi
One look at the defendant and she's 💯 guilty. I don't even need to watch the case. I'm judging this book by the cover. She looks like a crazy crazy beyond crazy woman, especially with that hard-press purple lipstick on and her body language.
Her mannerisms, expressions, all tell me more than necessary about her. Way over the top. If she can't keep her drama down even for a minute while in court.... imagine what she would do as a lover scorn.
