@@russthebiker 1. not everyone collects for value and 2. even the people who would NEVER do that, it makes zero sense as you invest, you wait, and then you sell, many collectible things go up and down in value the same way gold and silver can, it's a game of waiting and hoping. But nevertheless people collect all sorts of things that have practically zero market value, but if that's what they want, then they shouldn't be hated on for it, especially by the person who's supposed to care for you and about you, and instead turns out to be a selfish bitch that he should really reconsider cause what else is she willing to do if she finds it so simple to practically throw away someone's prized possessions. He could've literally sued her for theft if she sold them without his permission.

Hoarding is a big issue that can ruin relationships. It was all basically junk anyway so why defend him holding on to stuff probably taking up lots of space that they share

In the second segment - the Husband & Wife bring all her Husband's collectable items to the pawn Shop. I would as - why not have a garage sale at home - what remains not SOLD can be donated to a charity that sells used items. I would think that in the long term - that would make the Husband feel better. Bringing his collection of items to a pawn shop - particularly when his wife is coercing him to do so - will create resentment in the months or years to come.
Couple #1 made me sad. She has no care about husbands feelings and he is a worm for allowing it. Pitiful. I would be seeking a divorce as she is clearly an uncaring spouse.
No he's running a business with rent,rates,all kinds of taxes,bills,gas,electric, water,phone bills,vehicles, staff salaries and then they have to make a profit. That husband should now take his wife's clothes, shoes, and jewelry, and take them to the thrift shop, and tell her to donate all of them. She'll feel much better after it's all gone. Afterwards, he should go back to the pawn shop, to sell off her wedding ring to get back his stuff, and give her a rubber band in return. Women like this aren't worth the hassle, and no wife would do this crap to their husband if they loved them. This isn't love, this is abuse.

So Fake, I used to drive past this pawn shop every day to go to work. The people are mic'd up and told to act like a fool to get on TV, you will notice when they walk away or drive away they still have a mic on them. There have been a few slip ups in the past when Spike TV aired this and Tru TV.
