I’m almost 70 and I have no gray hair. I’ve been ketovore before it was popular for about 40 years. I think the lack of gray hair is due to diet! I love your videos!

I HAVE to try those baked eggs. How many minutes if I like set whites but a semi runny yoke? Next time you make them, please show us the inside. I'd love to see what yours look like. The Antipasto salad and wings are a great combo. We helped our son and daughter in law get settled into their new home this weekend so am catching up on videos. The two eggs baked French eggs are a must-try for me!

Hi Paula. All of the food looks delicious. I normally like my egg yokes runny but not with the French eggs. I prefer them firmer. I’m on the fence about colostrum. I’m not concerned that it’s bad for us it’s just seems weird. That’s me, lol. I’ll be interested to see how the liver supplements work for you. Thanks for sharing.😊
