I'm just going to say that, if you have a problem with women enjoying a male dominated sport, you're the problem. Anyone is allowed to have a passion in any sport no matter what it is. The moment you start raising a child who has a passion for something, don't crush their dreams because, "That's not for girls" is your reason. Girls just want to have fun! Good stuff Dirt Fish! One of these days I'll actually save up money to go have some fun with you all.
I guess it's mostly down to the fact that she isn't that known for driving the cars that are included in the game (Alpine A110, Fiat 131 Abarth, Lancia Stratos, Audi quattro S1, Peugeot 205 T16 E2...). She did drive all of them at some point, but she is most associated with the early Audi quattro, which isn't present in these games (it would be no match for the last and the most legendary AWD Group B machinery, which is included in both games). In fact, I'm not sure if she ever drove the quattro S1 in an actual rally. She drove one WRC rally for Audi in late 1985, but I think that was in an older car (on the Ivory Coast Rally). She did have some success with the Peugeot, but then again, that was "just" a national championship, and she is way more associated with Audi. It would be great to have her livery there, no doubt. She's an absolute legend. Surely, it could give some girls who perhaps don't know about her an idea of what they can do in motorsport.
from my experience with motorsport, gender has always been irrelivant, it's down to YOUR interest in the sport to make a difference, i'm really glad more women are getting interested tbh
