It only cost $20pw to go to a gym. I need to change my lifestyle to cater to being more healthy in general. It can only get positive from there. Being in this current high demanding job has come at a cost. I used to be much bigger & ate more & healthier. I’m making changes like finding work close to home so I can focus more on myself instead of being flogged at work for 12hours a day & almost 2 hours a day travel which has taken its toll. I’ve got the experience now so it’s time to wind it down for the sake of health. Can only get better from here.

This is true, and that's the reason most marriages end up with women cheating and throwing the "I'm not happy" card.
