A very informative video, you've explained why I'm putting weight on round my stomach so that I now understand what to do. I go out jeffing about 3 times a week but weight is still coming on. Im 67 have had anxiety issues and now coming out the other side. Medication stopped. I will be following you on my strength journey to sort my weight out. Thank you 😊

If you adjust your diet, I'm sure the weight will start flying off. 99% of the time its a few food choices that can be holding you back greatly.

I am 77 years old and exercise almost every day but I can't get rid of flabby arms and now it's starting on my thighs, is it possible to build muscle at my age?

I'm 58 and work 10hrs a day. My eating habits are out of wack. How can I balance 3 meals and a workout thru out the day? Really trying.

Schedule your meals ahead of time. Eat at the same times each day. Space your meals out evenly.

I would like to know is it bad to just lift weights and not do cardio?

Ideally you do both… but strength training is the more vital of the two. Simply because strength training that only strengthens your muscles and bones but also has conditioning and cardiovascular effects on the body depending on how you do it. Walking every day is a great place to start if you just looking for mild forms of cardio activity. Coach Chris
