A very informative video, you've explained why I'm putting weight on round my stomach so that I now understand what to do. I go out jeffing about 3 times a week but weight is still coming on. Im 67 have had anxiety issues and now coming out the other side. Medication stopped. I will be following you on my strength journey to sort my weight out. Thank you 😊

Ideally you do both… but strength training is the more vital of the two. Simply because strength training that only strengthens your muscles and bones but also has conditioning and cardiovascular effects on the body depending on how you do it. Walking every day is a great place to start if you just looking for mild forms of cardio activity. Coach Chris
