Kevy Kev she really is unbeatable. Also, I think if she strengthens her legs more, she’s an easy 21.5 or 21.6 taking advantage of that stride and strength. Her technique is amazing!
When you are looking at the last race of Miller-Ubio (21.74), it seems to be she is stretching away from the rest at the final phase. But, with the speeds on screen, more like she's maintaining her speed till the end while others cannot hold on their speeds. I mean there's no extra speed increase from her end.
What makes you guys think that Flo Jo was dirty and these girls are clean? Flo Jo was clearly on drugs no doubt but so are these girls. No one at this level is clean.

The km/h really shows how important speed endurance is. Dina was the only one to hit 37 km/h, Miller & Elaine hit 36 tops, but Miller slowed down the least, when she was at 34 km/h still, Dina was down to 33 & Elaine down to 32.
I don't understand why Shaunae didn't run the 400m also, she has the WL time. She could have made an extra $50,000, for a 49 second run. She literally would have made a $1,000 a second.
If she matches the turnover rate of the shorter sprinters, she will almost never loose because of her stride length. Simple physics. It's why Bolt was so dominant!!!

Its someting you do naturally before the start as a sprinter. When you warmed up, your mind is focused on the race and your body is ready to race, you naturally keep your Body in motion... So that you can explode out of the blocks.
It appears that if mille ruibo is remotely close to you after the curve, its over...watching her run now I can see she is wayyyyyy tooo far behind after the curve....hope she improves that in time

Uibo is the new 200 mtr champion.. and no one's gonna beat her in next 2-3 years and it's for sure.. I earlier thought that Thompson can possibly beat her but doesn't look so as age matters.. Dina Asher Smith can possibly some day beat her as she is very young and has improvised a lot .. she can anyday beat Uibo in 100 metres as it's not Uibo's track.. Uibo is excellent only in 200 mtrs and may be in 400 also..
Asher smith beast on the curve she flys if if the others take the curve like her they can beat her. Thompson has too much weight on her head with that weave it was pulling her back
