Niyonsaba and Wambui look quite androgenous, but they've surely been tested over and over again. Wambui is built like a man, with broad shoulders and good muscularity. Niyonsaba is short for an 800 meter runner and has smallish shoulders but the muscularity and conditioning are there.

So bad for Martinez and Nakaayi(2019 champion) who should have been in the final

You can see at the end how no one willingly wants to shake her hand. This is so frustrating, how is she allowed to compete with a male body against other females. Imagine hardcore training for several months to realise you run against a male. Solution = Create something like the Paralympics.
