Annie was an efficiency monster on the wall balls...but she also did something that I don't think the others did, at least not to the same extent: she allowed the ball to ROLL as she came up, bracketing it with the palms of her hands, allowing her chest -and not her arms- to do the work. Nice.

This is good but we've missed so many people, where the hell is Kara? What effect did this have on Camille? When did it all start to slide for Katrin? Did Mr Olsen get fried in the heat? So may questions, this seems like a teaser.

CrossFit HQ broadcasted every excruciating rep for all regional events. For the Games, they don't even broadcast live 4 out of 13 events and just give us these short recaps! What were they thinking? It would be like someone in the NBA commissioners office deciding not to broadcast games 1 and 2 of the NBA finals. This is INSANE!

Haha apparently your new. Deserves to do well if not win, she always works soo hard. She is creeping up the leader board now as she usually does...and as far as hot...(Katrin) since you don't know her name...is Def not the hottest!! Her face is flat with a big nose. Brooke Wells is Def the hottest when it comes to looks.

+The Real Jesus Apparently your all into looks also. Kara Def doesn't look good, but as far as work effort and how she has came so close the past couple years, but had something happen medical wise to hold her back really sucks for her. Her fitness level is good enough to win, hope she stays healthy this game!! And my other comment I meant to say Annie, I thought he were talking about winning last year
