This film felt like a warm hug.

My first family theater outing in 4 years. Did not regret it one bit.

5:04-5:06 the storm drain where wonka accidentally drops his last sovereign is the same 1 that charlie finds a few decades later in the 1971 willy wonka movie not even knowing that charlie would find it😄 he even also found it in that storm drain he then used it to buy a chocolate bar not even knowing that at some point it belonged to willy wonka😊 so if willy never dropped that coin there, charlie would’ve never found it, he would’ve not bought the chocolate and find the golden ticket, charlie would struggle to find his next heir

I enjoyed the movie. The music bit gave me memories of when I watched Annie as a ch8ld. With the musical portion of the movie

With the success of the 2023 movie Wonka staring Timothée Chalamet as the famous candy man Willy Wonka Netflix needs to do an Original Movie of Charlie and the chocolate factory The Musical based off of the West End production where it started from back in 2013 at the Theatre Royal, Drury Lane. The reason why I like the London's West End version of Charlie and the chocolate factory and the reason why it's my favorite because they used child actors to play Augustus, Veruca, Violet, Mike and Charlie. Their casting of child actors to play the five Golden Ticket winners is much better than the Broadway and U.K. Tour versions a few years later. In this Netflix Original Movie it will be stared by the same actor Timothée Chalamet who played Willy Wonka but this time after he ran his factory for many years he decided to invite five children to visit his factory and the story will be like the West End version because it's ok to have a stage show that follows the book and it doesn't always have to be like the 1971 and 2005 films. Also, here are the songs that Netflix should use from the West End version, Broadway version, U.K. Tour version and stage school/community theatre productions of Willy Wonka. 1. Opening 2. Oh, and the melody lines are redundantly repetitive and lacking in originality and harmonic variance. Definitely could have got better writers instead of repetitive rhyming regular rhythmic two bar phrasings.
