I was taught to always add an extra for any contingency like tree roots or other buried concrete sets from previous owners or something like that,.. always allow for the unseen circumstances,.. I also like to keep the spacing's equal,.. no 2 ft panel at the end, better to add a post then to have a two foot panel at the end,..thanks for viewing, I hope that I helped out a bit,.. keep smiling!

The 1.5 is for overhead,..

One post remove and replace is a minimum charge, the same with a steel post, one post remove and replace I charge $485.00

Good question,..in Oregon there is no sales tax,..so in your case I would tack on the tax after everything is marked up. No reason for the customer to be double taxed,..I am sure they get taxed too,..

For chain link material I have an account with Security Contractor Services and for wood I go to Home Depot,..where are you located?

@@JohnWillman I'm in Beaverton. Looking for cedar to replace my fence. If Home Depot is what you do, then that's probably the best option.

@@LianelJohnson I go to Home Depot because it's close by. I know w place out in Gresham. Cedar Fencing Outlet. They have a great selection. A little to far for me to get supplies everyday. But I always go there for the Honey the boss there sells. If I have work out in Gresham that requires 4 x 4 PT posts I stop in and say Hi,..tell him John sent you because of the video. I have been working on him to do an interview for the fence channel.
