The pizzas are coming out quick. I normally like it to take just under 3 minutes. I find this gives the cheese enough time to fully melt. At 2 minutes with the thick cheese, it doesn't fully melt and if I keep the pizza in longer then it will just get extra toasty. I prefer a crunch but the guests I was making the pizza for didn't.
