Wronged customer: "Um, excuse me... the order isn't what I wanted." Worker: "Ok, let me straighten it out for you, and sorry for the mistake." Easy peasy. But, noooooo. Customers think that a simple mistake is to be dealt with in the harshest way. Stick a fork in us. We're done.
Saddest part about this is that it affects the LOW WAGE WORKERS the most. They need their paychecks to survive. Yes, sure, the CEOs and managers are probably pretty upset, but they can easily go a week or month without pay. But now that the place is bloody wrecked, imagine being one of the low-level workers. Well... I guess perhaps there's "hazard pay", right? Yeah. Sure. 🙄
Savages , excuse me I ordered a chicken sandwich with Jalapeno's is the correct response, thats how civilized people deal with that, grow up and learn some manners
It's what happens when excuses are constantly made for their bad behavior. The have become entitled to their anti-social behavior. For example, "They did this because of a lack of opportunity in their community."
Because we're in the midst of the Karenpocalypse. It's not just white women, or black men. It's crazy people, a lack of mental health care, a system that wants us scared & angry, people feeling like everything is out of control. The only thing they feel like they can control is their own reactions to inconveniences, perceived slights, etc. It's only going to get worse. This ish is why I hide from society on my ranch
Because we live in a society where simple errors are not being avoided. Simple errors are increasingly happening at an alarming rate and folks are sick of stupid people getting simple things wrong. NO sandwich should be made wrong in the world of sandwich making but stupid people want a living wage and can't even make a damn sandwich.
I could "guess," but that would be my uninformed opinion & nothing more. I watch a lot of violent Karen videos & it's a pretty representative sampling of American society. White people do these violent unhinged crimes proportionate to their percentage of population. It's just crazy people, period. You pretending that only certain groups act this way makes it certain that you will miss the warning signs when your mother/cousin is about to lose her $hit on some poor retail worker. Or you'll do what the media too often does & chalk it up to her "having a bad day" or "mental health" rather than just admitting that a white person is ALSO a violent criminal when they commit criminal violence
I’m sure it was just a couple of doctors in a hurry to get to the hospital. They were upset because they missed surgery. Pillars of the community are sensitive sometimes.
That was a nice man. He appeared to have a calm personality with a kind heart. It was his Birthday and he was going to buy his Birthday dinner from Popeye's to eat by himself. He said now he has to figure out where to get his Birthday dinner. Oh Sir! Next time get the nice chix grocery stores prepare with a couple of nice sides. You deserve a Birthday cake too! Sorry these "people" ruined your evening. HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU!
I've been to fast food restaurants numerous times where my orders weren't right whether they'd didn't add something or I tell them "No cheese and/or onions" but they add it anyway, Yeah it may make me upset BUT not enough to go and tear the place up and/or attack the workers....
This is obviously a crime that was committed by people who have been discriminated against and they should be released with an appearance ticket if they are arrested. And then if they are convicted in court they should just get a a small fine of maybe a couple of dollars, and 2 days probation.
Now they get to go to prison over some jalapeños 😂. At what point do people realize that getting a wrong order, hearing gunshots nearby, and an addict in the parking lot are all just part of the Popeyes experience at this point. I’ve gotten my order wrong from there so often that I had to stop buying from there via delivery services, and when I go in person, I expect to be there longer once they hand over my order and I tell them what’s missing. And it’s never wrong in a good way either, like some extra chicken tenders or biscuit or something. It’s always something missing. Almost like they do it on purpose or something 😂
I understand how pissed a person can be by getting the wrong order. But humans work there and humans make mistakes. This reaction is completely unacceptable! I am almost 100% these people will have a criminal record showing violent acts in the past. This is probably not the first time that they have gone stupid.
For Real ! I can't tell you HOW many times I've gone to a fast food restaurant and my orders were ALWAYS screwed up; I'd tell them NO cheese and/or onions but they put it on there anyway or I'd tell them extra mayonnaise & pickles but they DON'T put it on the burger
Let us all hold hands in solidarity. Wether your chicken sandwich comes with or without those delicious jalapeños, we as a people need to come together in peace. I've been to the mountain top and seen the promise land. Greetings from Zanzibar!!! 💃
Those poor employees..... so terrifying for them..... please, get those assailants off the street.... and keep them off the streets.... they threatened bodily harm.... how much monetary damage did they do???... if you charge them separately at the maximum for every transgression it'll add up!! Good luck to the brave officers that have to arrest them.... stay safe, you know that they're insane!!! 😳
All they had to do was ask for a side of jaleno s. Now with the damage they done they have racked up more charges. If they came into my store and applied for a job and I saw their charges, it would be an automatic no
Just opened the video, it's at 2 seconds in and I am 100% sure who doesn't have the ability to control themselves like a normal adult. Lets see if I am wrong.
So will you exterminate the customers who have no place in society or will you give them a slap on the wrist to let all criminals know they can do whatever they want whenever they want?
Now they have to pay off these damages they caused. Because as for right now, they’d had already traumatized the employees and customers because of this happen.
Wow. I wonder how messed up that person is. Are they embarrassed today and hiding under a rock, or they still fuming mad about the great condiment injustice of 2023. Perhaps we can get them to sit down for a deep 60-minutes expose with Reviewbrah, John Jurasek
I wonder who would have done such a thing over jalapeños. I can think of one culture that continually displays this savage mentality, show the video and change my mind.
AT least no one lost their life. This is a serious problem nowadays because young people have never been taught how to deal with adverse situations with intelligence. I say young people, but I mean "teens". So they didn't get their jalapenos, but how many people had to do without their food orders while the restaurant cleans up the tens of thousands of dollars worth of damage this little escapade tantrum costs? Love, David
